Abstract
방열 대상체인 디스플레이와 부착할 수 있도록 구비하는 방열점착층과, 상기 방열점착층의 외측에 디스플레이에서 발생하는 열을 신속하게 전도 받을 수 있도록 구비하는 전도층과, 상기 전도층의 외측에 구비하여 전도층이 전도 받은 열을 신속하게 외부로 디스플레이의 수직방향과 수평방향으로 배출하는 방열층으로 구성하는 것이 특징이다.

Claims (5)
- 방열 대상체인 디스플레이와 부착할 수 있도록 구비하는 방열점착층(110)과;
상기 방열점착층(110)의 외측에 디스플레이에서 발생하는 열을 신속하게 전도 받을 수 있도록 구비하는 전도층(120)과;
상기 전도층(120)의 외측에 구비하여 전도층(120)이 전도 받은 열을 신속하게 외부로 디스플레이의 수직방향과 수평방향으로 배출하는 방열층(130)으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서;
상기 방열점착층(110)은, 점착제에 디스플레이에서 발생하는 열이 전도층(120)으로 전달될 수 있도록 카본나노튜브(CNT, Carbon Nanotube)를 포함하고;
상기 카본나노튜브(CNT, Carbon Nanotube)의 함량은 점착력이 저하되지 않으면서 열전도성을 가질 수 있도록 점착제 전체에 대하여 3 ∼ 10%의 비율을 함유시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서;
상기 전도층(120)은, 열전도성이 우수한 박판의 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방열시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서;
상기 방열층(130)은, 카본나노튜브를 용제를 이용하여 전도층(120)의 표면에 코팅을 수행하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서;
상기 방열층(130) 중 전도층(120)이 구비되지 않는 위치에는 양면 사용이 가능하도록 방열점착층(140)을 더 가지도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열시트.
