Claims (4)
- 박막으로 형성된 다이어프램;
상기 다이어프램에 배치되며, (+)변형에 대한 응력을 측정하는 (+)응력패턴; 및
상기 (+)응력패턴에 원점을 중심으로 대향되게 형성되어 (-)변형에 대한 응력을 측정하는 (-)응력패턴;을 포함하고,
상기 (+)응력패턴 및 상기 (-)응력패턴은 상기 원점을 향해 방사형으로 배치된 복수의 제1전극부;
상기 복수의 제1전극부의 각 단부에 교번적으로 설치되어 상기 복수의 제1전극부를 전기적으로 연결하는 복수의 제2전극부;
상기 복수의 제1전극부 또는 상기 복수의 제2전극부의 단부와 상기 다이어프램에 형성되는 접속단자와 연결하는 제1리드부 및 제2리드부를 포함하는 압력측정장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (+)응력패턴 및 상기 (-)응력패턴은
상기 제1리드부에 일단이 연결되며 상기 원점에 근접하게 배치된 제1 응력패턴부와,
상기 제1 응력패턴부의 외곽부에 배치되며 일단이 제1 응력패턴부에 연결되고 타단이 상기 제2리드부에 연결되는 제2 응력패턴부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력측정장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 (+)응력패턴 및 상기 (-)응력패턴은
상기 제2 응력패턴부의 외곽부에 배치되며 일단이 상기 제2 응력패턴부의 일단에 연결되고 타단이 상기 제2리드부에 연결되는 제3 응력패턴부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력측정장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (+)응력패턴의 제1리드부 및 제2리드부와 상기 (-)응력패턴의 제1리드부 및 제2리드부의 각 단면적은 상기 (+)응력패턴의 저항값과 상기 (-)응력패턴의 저항값이 동일한 값을 갖는 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력측정장치.
