Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 접착력이 현저히 향상되어 열악한 환경의 도배면에도 모두 적용이 가능하며, 점도가 증강되어 도배면에 도포 시 흘러내림이 없고, 접착력, 방수성, 전단강도 및 내오염성이 우수하고, 취급이 용이하며, 작업효율성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 에폭시계 수지 함유 합성수지; 유리 비드, 유리 분말, 유리 섬유, 아조디카본아마이드 및 변성 아조디카본아마이드 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 표면개질제; 광촉매(photocatalyst), 황토, 숯 및 음이온 원석가루 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 항균 성분; 유화제; 및 물을 혼합하여 합성수지 에멀젼을 제조하는 단계; 및
20~25℃로 유지된 혼합기에 상기 혼합된 합성수지 에멀젼과 친수성 유기용제를 넣고 교반기의 속도를 50~80rpm의 고속과 15~30rpm의 저속으로 교차로 조절하여 3~5회 반복하여 혼합하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도배용 프라이머의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시계 수지는 합성수지 총 함량에 0.2 내지 20중량%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도배용 프라이머의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 합성수지는 에폭시계 수지 이외에 아크릴계 수지, 폴리스타이렌계 수지 및 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(EVA) 수지 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도배용 프라이머의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 항균 성분은 입자크기가 최대 0.5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 도배용 프라이머의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 물은 황토지장수인 것을 특징으로 하는 도배용 프라이머의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 유기용제는 메틸알코올, 에틸알코올, 프로필알코올, 케톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 메틸이소부틸케톤, 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 크실렌 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도배용 프라이머의 제조방법.
