Description
Claims (9)
- 부분적으로 (메타)아크릴레이트기를 포함하는 변성 에폭시 수지 100 중량부;하기 화학식(1)의 (메타)아크릴레이트 화합물 1 내지 50 중량부;열경화제 1 내지 10 중량부; 및광중합 개시제 1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 액정 표시 소자용 실란트 조성물.(1)(상기 화학식(1)에서, R1은 H 또는 CH3이고, A,B,C 및 D는 각각 하기 화학식(2) 내지 화학식(11)에서 선택되며, m,n,x 및 y는 각각 1 내지 1000이고,상기 화학식(10) 및 화학식(11)에서 R2는 H, CH3, OH, SH, 또는 NH2이고, 상기 화학식(5)에서의 q 및 상기 화학식(6)에서의 w는 각각 1 내지 20이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화학식 (1)의 (메타)아크릴레이트 화합물의 분자량이 10,000 내지 100,000 인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자용 실란트 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,무기 충진제, 요변성 조절제 및 실란 커플링제 중 적어도 하나의 첨가제 10 내지 40 중량부를 더 포함하는 액정 표시 소자용 실란트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변성 에폭시 수지의 점도가 1000 내지 15000cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자용 실란트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변성 에폭시 수지는 노블락형 에폭시 수지, 비페닐형 에폭시 수지, 나프탈렌형 에폭시 수지, 트리스 페놀 메탄형 에폭시 수지 및 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자용 실란트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열경화제는 이미다졸 계열, 디히드라지드 계열 및 아민 계열로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자용 실란트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광중합 개시제는 벤조인계 화합물, 아세토페논류, 벤조페논류, 티옥산톤류, 안트라퀴논류, α-아실옥심에스테르류, 페닐글리옥시레이트류, 벤질류, 아조계 화합물, 티페닐술피드계 화합물, 아실포스핀옥시계 화합물, 유기 색소계 화합물 및 철-프탈로시아닌계 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자용 실란트 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 요변성 조절제는 메틸 셀룰로오스, 메틸에틸 케톤 퍼옥사이드, 산화폴리에틸렌 왁스, 변성 폴리프로필렌 에멀젼, 폴리아마이드 왁스, 유기(Organo) 클레이, 알킬 설페이트, 하이드록실 에틸셀룰로오스, 하이드록실 산 에스테르류, 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리디메틸 실록산, 불포화 카르복실산 모노머류, 수산화 카르복실산 아마이드류, 에틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 알칼리 토금속 수산화물류 및 알칼리 토금속 탄산염류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자용 실란트 조성물.
