Abstract
회전체와, 도체패턴의 폭 치수가 주기적으로 변화되어 0도로부터 360도의 위상을 구비한 상이 n주기(n은 정의 정수) 형성되어 있는 인코더 구조(3)와, 복수의 인덕턴스 소자(C1, C2, C3, C4)를 구비하고 인코더 구조(3)와 간격을 두고 대향하도록 배치된 센서 본체(4)로 구성되고, 인코더 구조(3)에 있어서 상의 주기의 수(n)가 3 이상의 정수이고, 복수의 인덕턴스 소자(C1, C2, C3, C4)가 90도씩의 위상차를 구비하고, 또한 이웃하는 2개의 인덕턴스 소자가 적어도 인코더 구조(3)의 1상의 반 정도 이상의 간격을 두고 배치되어 있는 회전각도 검출용 센서를 구성한다.
Description
도1(A)는 본 발명에 있어서 하나의 실시예인 회전각도 검출용 센서의 개략적인 구성도(평면도)이다. 도1(B)는 도1(A)의 화살표(A) 방향에서 본 측면도이다.
도2는 도1의 회전자에 대한 평면도이다.
도3은 도1 및 도2의 인코더 구조에 대한 평면도이다.
도4(A) 및 도4(B)는 도1의 센서에 있어서 센서 본체를 포함하는 요부의 개략적인 구성도이다.
도5는 센서 시스템에 있어서 회로의 구성에 대한 하나의 예를 나타내는 회로도이다.
도6은 도4(A)의 구성으로부터 패턴부의 지름을 작게 하였을 경우의 전체 배치를 나타내는 도면이다.
도7은 도4(A)의 구성으로부터 주기의 수를 증가시켰을 경우의 전체 배치를 나타내는 도면이다.
도8(A) 및 도8(B)는 본 발명의 다른 실시예인 회전각도 검출용 센서의 개략적인 구성도이다.

Claims (4)
- 회전체(回轉體)와,
상기 회전체와 함께 회전 가능하도록 부착된 도체패턴(導體 pattern)으로 이루어지고, 상기 도체패턴의 폭 치수가 주기적으로 변화되어 0도로부터 360도의 위상(位相)을 구비한 상(相)이 n주기(n은 정(正)의 정수) 형성되어 있는 인코더 구조(encoder 構造)와,
복수의 인덕턴스 소자(inductance 素子)를 구비하고, 상기 인코더 구조와 간격을 두고 대향(對向)하도록 배치된 하나의 센서 본체(sensor本體)로
구성된 회전각도 검출용 센서(回轉角度 檢出用 sensor)로서,
상기 인코더 구조에 있어서 상기 상의 주기의 수(n)가 3 이상의 정수이고,
상기 복수의 인덕턴스 소자가 90도씩의 위상차(位相差)를 구비하고,
또한 이웃하는 2개의 상기 인덕턴스 소자가 적어도 상기 인코더 구조의 1상의 반 이상의 간격을 두고 배치되어 있는
것을 특징으로 하는 와전류식 회전각도 검출용 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 인덕턴스 소자는, 제1 내지 제4의 4개의 인덕턴스 소자이고,
제1인덕턴스 소자가, 상기 인코더 구조의 첫 번째 상의 위상 0도의 위치에 있을 때에,
제2인덕턴스 소자는, 상기 인코더 구조의 두 번째 상 내지 n번째 상 범위의 임의의 상에 있어서 위상 90도의 위치에 있고,
제3인덕턴스 소자는, 상기 인코더 구조의 첫 번째 상 내지 n번째 상의 범위로서, 상기 제2인덕턴스 소자가 위치하는 상 이외이고, 임의의 상에 있어서의 위상 180도의 위치에 있고,
제4인덕턴스 소자는, 상기 인코더 구조의 첫 번째 상 내지 (n-1)번째 상의 범위로서, 상기 제3인덕턴스 소자가 위치하는 상 이외이고, 임의의 상에 있어서의 위상 270도의 위치에 있도록 상기 제1 내지 제4인덕턴스 소자가 배치되어 있는
것을 특징으로 하는 와전류식 회전각도 검출용 센서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 인덕턴스 소자가, 제1 내지 제4의 4개의 인덕턴스 소자이고,
상기 4개의 인덕턴스 소자 중에서 위상 순서로 제1인덕턴스 소자가, 상기 인코더 구조에 있어서 첫 번째 상의 위상 0도의 위치에 있을 때에,
위상 순서로 제3인덕턴스 소자가, 상기 인코더 구조의 첫 번째 상에 있고,
위상 순서로 제2 및 제4인덕턴스 소자가, 상기 인코더 구조의 두 번째 상 내지 (n-1)번째 상 범위에 있어서 어느 하나의 상에 함께 있도록 각 상기 인덕턴스 소자가 배치되어 있는
것을 특징으로 하는 와전류식 회전각도 검출용 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 각각의 인덕턴스 소자의 공심부(空芯部)의 길이 치수(L)는, 상기 인코더 구조의 도체패턴의 최대폭 치수(Wmax)보다 크게 형성되어 있는
것을 특징으로 하는 와전류식 회전각도 검출용 센서.
