Description
도 2는 ATR법 적외 분광 분석에 의한 발포성 폴리스티렌계 수지 입자의 흡광도비의 측정에 있어서, 발포성 폴리스티렌계 수지 입자의 중심부의 흡광도 측정 위치를 나타내는 개략도이다.
Claims (8)
- (1) 폴리스티렌계 수지종 입자를 수중에 분산시켜 이루어지는 분산액 중에, 폴리스티렌계 수지종 입자 100중량부에 대해, 스티렌계 단량체 7.0~80.0중량부와 아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체 2.0~12.0중량부를 공급하고, 이들의 단량체를 종 입자에 흡수, 중합시켜 폴리스티렌계 수지종 입자를 성장시키는 제 1 중합 공정과,
(2) 뒤이어, 상기 분산액 중에 스티렌계 단량체만을 공급하고, 이것을 종 입자에 흡수, 중합시켜 폴리스티렌계 수지 입자를 성장시키는 제 2 중합 공정과,
(3) 제 2 중합 공정을 행하여 폴리스티렌계 수지 입자를 제조한 후, 또는 제 2 중합 공정에 있어서 폴리스티렌계 수지 입자의 성장 도상에서 발포제를 함침시키는 공정을 행하여 발포성 폴리스티렌계 수지 입자를 얻는 발포성 폴리스티렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법. - 삭제
