Claims (14)
- 삭제
- 상부의 가장자리 둘레에서 안쪽을 향하여 오목하게 형성되어 있으며, 상기 상부의 중심에서 일정 반경의 외측부터 가장자리까지 균일하게 복수의 설치구멍이 형성된 하우징; 및
상기 복수의 설치구멍에 각각 설치되어 상기 하우징의 상부에 구면을 형성하는 복수의 프로브 유닛;
상기 복수의 프로브 유닛이 형성하는 구면을 일괄적으로 덮어 보호하는 접지필름;을 포함하고,
상기 프로브 유닛은,
전기 및 열전도성을 갖는 연결바;
상기 연결바의 하부면에 형성되며, 상기 하우징의 설치구멍을 통하여 상기 하우징의 하부로 돌출되는 제1 접속핀;
상기 연결바의 상부면에 형성되며, 상기 구면을 형성하기 위한 경사면이 형성된 후면블록;
상기 후면블록의 경사면에 형성된 압전웨이퍼;
상기 압전웨이퍼의 상부면에 형성된 복수의 음향정합층;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 하우징에는 방사형으로 상기 설치구멍이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 상기 구면의 중심에서 일정 반경의 외부로부터 상기 구면의 가장자리까지 복수의 고리 형태의 영역을 따라서 상기 복수의 설치구멍이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 접속핀의 상부에 형성된 후면블록, 압전웨이퍼 및 음향정합층은 상기 하우징의 중심을 향하는 쪽의 제1 길이가 상기 하우징의 가장자리 쪽을 향하는 쪽의 제2 길이보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브. - 제4항에 있어서, 같은 고리에 형성된 상기 프로브 유닛은 동일한 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 중심에서 가장자리쪽으로 갈수록 상기 프로브 유닛의 길이가 증가하고, 상기 하우징의 하부로 돌출된 제1 접속핀의 길이는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 서로 상이한 고리에 위치하는 상기 프로브 유닛의 연결바의 길이가 상이하며, 상기 하우징의 중심에서 가장자리쪽으로 갈수록 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프로브 유닛의 연결바는,
하부에 상기 제1 접속핀이 삽입되어 결합되는 제1 핀구멍이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 프로브 유닛의 후면블록은 하부에 제2 접속핀이 돌출되어 있으며,
상기 프로브 유닛의 연결바는 상부에 상기 제2 접속핀이 삽입되어 결합되는 제2 핀구멍이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 형성된 설치구멍은,
상기 하우징의 하부에 형성되며 상기 제1 접속핀이 삽입되어 돌출되는 제1 설치구멍;
상기 제1 설치구멍과 수직으로 연결되며, 상기 연결바가 삽입되는 제2 설치구멍;
상기 제2 설치구멍과 수직으로 연결되며, 상기 후면블록이 삽입되어 탑재되는 제3 설치구멍;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 프로브 유닛의 연결바의 소재는 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 프로브 유닛의 후면블록의 소재는 그라파이트이고, 상기 압전웨이퍼의 소재는 PZT 또는 PMN-PT 이고, 상기 접지필름은 폴리이미드 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 접지필름을 덮어 보호하는 커버층;
을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 프로브.
