Description
Claims (12)
- 하나의 밸브 로드 및 적어도 두 개의 밸브 멤버를 포함하며 엑추에이터를 통해 작동 가능한 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브로서,하나의 입구 및 두 개의 출구가 형성되어 있거나 하나의 출구 및 두 개의 입구가 형성되어 있는 하우징을 포함하며, 상기 하나의 입구가 상기 두 개의 출구 중 하나 또는 둘 모두에 유체 소통 가능하게 연결될 수 있거나, 상기 하나의 출구가 상기 두 개의 입구 중 하나 또는 둘 모두에 유체 소통 가능하게 연결될 수 있는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브에 있어서,밸브 로드는 적어도 두 개의 밸브 멤버와 고정 방식으로 결합되며, 이 밸브 멤버는 적어도 두 개의 밸브 시트에 대응하며, 적어도 두 개의 밸브 멤버는 세 개의 제어면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,제어식 투웨이 밸브는 조합형 배기가스 재순환 및 바이패스 밸브이며, 하나의 입구는 배기가스 재순환 채널과 유체 소통 가능하게 연결가능하고, 제1 출구는 직접 또는 채널을 통해 배기가스 냉각기와 유체 소통 가능하게 연결가능하며, 제2 출구는 바이패스 채널과 유체 소통 가능하게 연결가능하며, 이 바이패스 채널을 통해 배기가스 냉각기의 우회가 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 밸브 멤버는 밸브 로드에 대해 축방향으로 진행하는 제어면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서,축방향으로 진행하는 제어면은 원통형 외측면으로서 실시되며, 그 중앙축은 밸브 로드를 통해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,각각 하나의 밸브 시트와 연동하는 세 개의 밸브 멤버가 밸브 로드에 배치되며, 제1 밸브 멤버는 배기가스 입구를 제어하고, 제2 밸브 멤버는 배기가스 냉각기 측 출구를 제어하며, 이 출구는 배기가스 입구와 바이패스 채널 측 출구 사이에 배치되며 축방향으로 진행하는 제어면을 포함하고, 제2 밸브 멤버는 축방향에서 가스 흐름이 통과될 수 있으며, 제3 밸브 멤버는 바이패스 채널 측 출구를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,두 개의 밸브 멤버가 밸브 로드에 배치되는데, 이 중에서 제1 밸브 멤버는 축방향으로 진행하는 제어면을 포함하고, 다른 하나는 방사상 방향으로 진행하는 제어면을 포함하며, 각 제어면은 밸브 시트와 연동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서,제1 밸브 멤버의 방사상 방향으로 진행하는 제어면이 배기가스 입구를 제어하며, 제1 밸브 멤버의 축방향으로 진행하는 제어면이 바이패스 채널 측 출구를 제어하고, 제2 밸브 멤버의 방사상 방향으로 진행하는 제어면이 배기가스 냉각기 측 배기가스 출구를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서,제2 밸브 멤버가 축방향으로 진행하는 외측면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서,제1 밸브 멤버의 축방향으로 진행하는 제어면이 원통형 외측면으로서 실시되며, 그 직경은 제2 밸브 멤버의 직경보다 작고, 하우징의 내측벽과 원통형 외측면 사이에는 틈새가 형성되고, 이 틈새는 바이패스 채널 측 출구의 대응측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,배기가스 입구가 양측 배기가스 출구 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
- 제10항에 있어서,제1 및 제2 밸브 멤버의 방사상 방향으로 진행하는 두 개의 제어면 사이의 간격이 제1 밸브 시트와 제2 밸브 시트 사이의 배기가스 입구의 높이와 같고, 제1 밸브 시트는 바이패스 채널 측 배기가스 출구와 배기가스 입구 사이의 통로를 감싸며, 제2 밸브 시트는 배기가스 냉각기 측 배기가스 출구와 배기가스 입구 사이의 통로를 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
- 제11항에 있어서,방사상 방향으로 진행하는 제어면이 밸브 시트에 안착됨으로써 배기가스 유입 흐름이 차단되며, 제1 밸브 멤버의 축방향으로 진행하는 제어면이 양측 밸브 시트의 내경과 동일한 외경을 가지며, 양측 밸브 시트 사이의 간격에 일치하는 높이를 가지므로, 축방향으로 진행하는 제어면이 선택적으로 양측 밸브 시트 중 하나와 각각 연동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 제어식 투웨이 밸브.
