- 외부의 장치와 통신이 이루어지는 인터페이스가 포함된 다수의 하드웨어(Hardware)로 구성된 하드웨어부;
상기 하드웨어부 상에서 상기 하드웨어부를 통해 입력된 신호를 처리하고, 상기 하드웨어부를 제어하고 관리하는 운영체제(Operation System)부; 및
상기 운영체제부 상에서 와이맥스(WiMAX) 규격에 따라 기지국을 통해 접속되는 모바일 단말기를 관리하고 네트워크 접속경로를 제공하는 엑세스 서비스 네트워크 게이트웨이수단 및 모바일 단말기의 인증과정을 수행하는 인증수단이 포함된 어플리케이션부; 를 포함하며,
상기 하드웨어부 상에서 상기 하드웨어부를 통해 입력된 데이터를 처리하는 데이터 처리부; 를 더 포함하고,
상기 어플리케이션부를 통해 네트워크에 접속된 다수의 모바일 단말기 중 어느 하나에서 발생된 데이터가 상기 다수의 모바일 단말기 중 다른 하나로 전송되는 경우,
상기 다수의 모바일 단말기 중 어느 하나에서 발생된 데이터는 상기 어플리케이션부를 통해 직접 상기 다수의 모바일 단말기 중 다른 하나로 전송되며,
상기 데이터 처리부는,
컨트롤 패킷 또는 신호 패킷이 입력된 경우, 상기 컨트롤 패킷 또는 신호 패킷을 운영체제부로 전달하며, 데이터 패킷이 입력된 경우, 상기 데이터 패킷을 처리하여 상기 하드웨어부를 통해 외부의 장치로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는
WiMAX 통합 네트워크 서버. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 어플리케이션부는 상기 모바일 단말기의 이동성을 보장하기 위해 Mobile IP 서비스를 제공하는 접속관리수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
