- 하우징;상기 하우징의 내부에 고정된 베어링 슬리브;상기 하우징 및 베어링 슬리브에 대하여 상대 회전하는 축부재;상기 하우징의 일단부의 측에 위치하는 밀봉부재;및상기 베어링 슬리브와 상기 축부재 사이의 레이디얼 베어링 간극에 생기는 유체의 동압작용에 의해 상기 축부재를 레이디얼 방향으로 비접촉 지지하는 레이디얼 베어링부를 구비한 동압 베어링 장치에 있어서:상기 밀봉부재는 상기 축부재에 설치되어 있고, 상기 밀봉부재의 외주면의 측에 밀봉공간을 갖고,상기 밀봉부재는 상기 축부재에 접착제로 고정되고, 상기 밀봉부재 및 상기 축부재 중 적어도 한쪽의 접착부위에 접착제가 충전되는 오목부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.

- 하우징;상기 하우징의 내부에 고정되는 베어링 슬리브;상기 베어링 슬리브의 내주면에 삽입되는 축부, 및 상기 축부에 설치된 플랜지부를 갖는 축부재;상기 축부재에 고정되는 밀봉부재;상기 베어링 슬리브의 내주면과 상기 축부재의 외주면 사이의 레이디얼 베어링 간극에 생기는 유체의 동압작용에 의해 상기 축부재를 레이디얼 방향으로 비접촉 지지하는 레이디얼 베어링부;상기 밀봉부재의 일단면과 상기 베어링 슬리브의 일단면 사이의 스러스트 베어링 간극에 생기는 유체의 동압작용에 의해 상기 밀봉부재 및 축부재를 스러스트 방향으로 비접촉 지지하는 제1스러스트 베어링부;및상기 플랜지부의 일단면과 상기 베어링 슬리브의 타단면 사이의 스러스트 베어링 간극에 생기는 유체의 동압작용에 의해 상기 축부재를 스러스트 방향으로 비접촉 지지하는 제2스러스트 베어링부를 구비한 동압 베어링 장치의 제조방법으로서:상기 축부재의 축부를 상기 베어링 슬리브의 내주면에 삽입함과 아울러, 상기 축부에 상기 밀봉부재를 장착하고, 이것에 의해 상기 베어링 슬리브를 상기 밀 봉부재의 일단면과 상기 플랜지부의 일단면 사이에 장착하는 공정;상기 공정 후, 상기 축부와 상기 밀봉부재의 축방향 상대위치를 조정해서, 상기 베어링 슬리브와 상기 밀봉부재의 일단면 및 플랜지부의 일단면 사이에, 상기 제1스러스트 베어링부 및 제2스러스트 베어링부의 스러스트 베어링 간극의 합계량에 상당하는 양의 간극을 형성하는 공정;상기 공정 후, 상기 밀봉부재를 상기 축부에 고정하는 공정;및상기 공정에 의해 조립된 상기 베어링 슬리브, 상기 축부재, 및 상기 밀봉부재를 포함하는 조립체를 상기 하우징의 내부에 수용하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치의 제조방법.
