Claims (8)
- 마그네슘(Mg2+)염 및 알루미늄(Al3+)염을 포함하는 수용액을 염기 용액으로 적정한 후 수열합성법에 의해 합성된 입도가 300 nm 이하인 금속 이중층 수산화물; 및약제학적으로 허용가능한 첨가제를 포함하는 주사제용 약물 담체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 이중층 수산화물의 입도가 100~300 nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사제용 약물 담체.
- 마그네슘(Mg2+)염 및 알루미늄(Al3+)염을 포함하는 수용액을 염기 용액으로 적정한 후 수열합성법에 의해 금속 이중층 수산화물을 합성하는 단계, 및 상기 합성된 금속 이중층 수산화물의 입도를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 주사제용 약물 담체의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 염기 용액은 수산화나트륨(NaOH) 및 암모니아(NH3)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 약물 담체 및 약물을 포함하는 주사제용 약물 전달체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 약물 전달체에 약물을 포함시키는 방법은 이온 교환 반응이나 공침 방법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사제용 약물 전달체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 약물은 메토트렉세이트(methotrexate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사제용 약물 전달체.
