본 발명에 따른 수처리용 순간혼화장치는 정화 효율을 높일 수 있고 투여되는 약품의 양을 효율적으로 줄여 생태 독성 기준을 준수할 수 있으며, 시설의 건설 및 운영 측면에서 경제적인 효과를 가져올 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 정수장, 상?하수 및 폐수처리 과정에서의 약품 처리 단계에서 사용되는 수처리용 순간혼화장치로서,
분사수가 공급되는 내부분사 노즐(10);
상기 내부분사 노즐(10)의 하단부 둘레를 감싸고, 상단이 밀봉된 파이프이되 하부로 갈수록 직경이 작아지는 테이퍼 형상인 외부 노즐(30);
상기 외부 노즐(30)의 중단부 둘레를 따라 방사상으로 설치된 복수로 구성되고, 상기 외부 노즐(30)에 약품을 주입하는 약품 주입관(31);
상기 외부 노즐(30)의 하부에 연결된 혼합관(33); 및
상기 혼합관(33)의 하부에 연결되며, 하부로 갈수록 직경이 커지는 테이퍼 형상의 확산기(35)로 이루어진 이젝터를 포함하고, 상기 약품 주입관(31)에는 적정 약품을 공급하도록 조절하는 제어장치에 의해 조절되는 밸브가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리용 순간혼화장치. - 삭제

상기 내부분사 노즐(10)에서 분사수가 분사될 경우 발생하는 음압력에 의해 상기 약품 주입관(31)의 약품이 외부 노줄(30)의 내부로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리용 순간혼화장치. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 분사수는 약품과 혼합하고자 하는 총유량 기준으로 3~10% 또는 100%로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리용 순간혼화장치.
