도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 이동통신 단말기의 위치결정을 위한 시스템을 설명하는 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 위치결정 방법을 설명하는 순서도이다.

Claims (7)
- GPS 신호를 수신하는 단말기를 통해 수행되며,
상기 GPS 신호에 포함되는 C/A(Coarse Acquisition) 코드를 위치판단 서버로 제공하는 단계;
상기 C/A 코드를 통해 파악되는 상기 단말기의 위치정보를 무게 중심으로 하고, 상기 무게중심 주변에 배열되는 가상 기준점을 설정하는 위치판단 서버로부터 상기 가상 기준점에 대한 정보를 획득하는 단계; 및
상기 GPS 신호를 통해 획득한 상기 단말기의 위치정보와 상기 가상 기준점의 위치정보에 대해 이중 차분하여 상기 단말기에 대한 최종 위치정보를 생성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신 단말기의 위치결정 정확도 향상을 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 위치판단 서버로 제공하는 단계는,
상기 C/A 코드 자료를 이용한 단일 차분을 통해 상기 단말기의 위치 정보를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신 단말기의 위치결정 정확도 향상을 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 위치판단 서버는,
상기 단말기의 위치가 무게 중심이 되는 다각형을 이루도록 상기 가상 기준점을 선정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신 단말기의 위치결정 정확도 향상을 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단말기는,
상기 GPS 신호에 의한 상기 단말기의 위치정보와 상기 가상 기준점에 대한 이중 차분으로 위성의 시계오차, 전리층 지연 오차, 대류층 지연 오차, 관측 오차, 수신기의 채널간 간섭을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신 단말기의 위치결정 정확도 향상을 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가상 기준점에 대한 정보를 획득하는 단계는,
상기 단말기의 이동 통신망을 이용하여 상기 가상 기준점의 위치 정보를 RTCM 포맷으로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신 단말기의 위치결정 정확도 향상을 위한 방법. - 삭제
