Claims (3)
- 작동 유체가 내장되어 있는 실린더 일단부에 피스톤이 왕복가능하게 장착되어 소음 및 진동을 감소시키는 가변밸브식 댐퍼시스템에 있어서, 상기 실린더(200)에는 바이패스 구조(210)가 별도로 형성되어 있어서 피스톤(300) 내부에 유입 및 유출되는 작동 유체의 유량을 제어하여 소음 및 진동을 감소시키되,
상기 가변밸브식 댐퍼시스템이 부착되는 장치 하부에 연결설치되는 로우어 캡볼트(410)에 실린더(200)가 결합되고, 상기 실린더(200)에 피스톤(300)이 왕복가능하게 장착되되, 상기 실린더(200) 하부 단부 및 피스톤(300) 하부 단부에는 각각 상부 스프링시트(420) 및 하부 스프링시트(430)가 설치되며, 상기 상부 스프링시트(420)와 하부 스프링시트(430) 사이에는 스프링(440)이 설치되며, 상기 하부 스프링시트(430) 하부에는 엔드볼트(450)가 설치되어 바닥에 고정되는 것으로, 또한 상기 실린더(200)와 피스톤(300) 사이 반지름 방향 공간에는 부쉬(510)가 내장된 인너가이드(520)와 오일씰(530)이 설치되는 것으로,
상기 바이패스 구조(210)는 실린더(200)의 유체유출구(220)를 통해 유체가 실린더(200) 외부로 흘러나오며, 다시 유체유입구(230)를 통해 실린더(200) 내부로 귀환하되, 중간 관로에는 유체개폐장치인 솔레노이드밸브(240)가 설치되어 바이패스 관로의 단면적을 조절함으로써 유량을 조절 하는 것으로, 솔레노이드밸브에 전원이 온되면, 솔레노이드밸브가 작동되어, 바이패스유로가 오픈되며, 감쇠력이 감소하며, 솔레노이드밸브에 전원이 오프되면, 솔레노이드밸브가 작동되지 않아, 바이패스유로가 폐쇄되며, 감쇠력이 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변밸브식 댐퍼시스템 - 삭제
