Claims (15)
- 섬유질 기재의 결합제로서 사용되는 열경화성 수지 조성물로서, 열경화성 수지와, 밀충전 부피 밀도가 0.24 ~ 0.45 g/㎤ 인 중공 형상 충전재와, 밀충전 부피 밀도가 0.60 ~ 1.20 g/㎤ 인 카올린 클레이를 필수 성분으로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
틱소트로픽 지수가 1.6 이상인 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열경화성 수지가 30 ~ 70 질량% 의 비율로 함유되어 있는 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열경화성 수지가 열경화성 페놀 수지인 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중공 형상 충전재가 1 ~ 40 질량% 의 비율로 함유되어 있는 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중공 형상 충전재가 1 ~ 100 ㎛ 의 평균 입자직경을 갖고 있는 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 중공 형상 충전재의 1 질량부에 대하여, 상기 카올린 클레이가 0.5 ~ 10.0 질량부의 비율로 함유되어 있는 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열경화성 수지 조성물과, 섬유질 기재를 필수 성분으로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 성형 재료.
- 상기 섬유질 기재가 3 ~ 60 질량% 의 비율이 되도록 함유되어 있는 제 11 항에 기재된 섬유 강화 성형 재료.
- 상기 섬유질 기재가 유리 섬유인 제 11 항에 기재된 섬유 강화 성형 재료.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
시트 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 성형 재료. - 제 11 항에 기재된 섬유 강화 성형 재료를 성형 경화하여 이루어지는 성형체.
