Description
Claims (11)
- 스위칭 소자를 각각 포함하는 복수의 화소를 포함하는 표시 장치의 구동 장치로서,주변 온도가 기준 온도보다 클 때 제1 구동 전압을 생성하고, 상기 주변 온도가 상기 기준 온도 이하일 때 상기 제1 구동 전압보다 큰 제2 구동 전압을 생성하는 구동 전압 생성부, 그리고상기 구동 전압에 기초하여 복수의 게이트 전압을 생성하는 게이트 신호 생성부를 포함하고,상기 구동 전압 생성부는상기 주변 온도가 상기 기준 온도보다 클 때 제3 전압을 생성하고 상기 주변 온도가 상기 기준 온도 이하일 때 제4 전압을 생성하는 제1 전압 생성부, 그리고상기 제3 전압이 입력되는 경우 상기 제1 구동 전압을 생성하고 상기 제4 전압이 입력되는 경우 상기 제2 구동 전압을 생성하는 제2 전압 생성부를 포함하는표시 장치의 구동 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 전압 생성부는적어도 하나의 저항을 통하여 전압원에 연결되어 있는 제1 트랜지스터, 그리고상기 제1 구동 전압 또는 상기 제2 구동 전압을 인가받으며 상기 제1 트랜지스터와 동기하여 동작하는 제2 트랜지스터를 포함하는표시 장치의 구동 장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 기준 온도는 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 문턱 전압과 상기 전압원의 전압이 같아지는 온도로 정해지는 표시 장치의 구동 장치.
- 제4항에서,상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터는 BJT(bipolar junction transistor)인 표시 장치의 구동 장치.
- 스위칭 소자를 각각 포함하는 복수의 화소를 포함하는 표시 장치로서,주변 온도가 기준 온도보다 클 때 제1 구동 전압을 생성하고, 상기 주변 온도가 상기 기준 온도 이하일 때 상기 제1 구동 전압보다 큰 제2 구동 전압을 생성하는 구동 전압 생성부,상기 구동 전압에 기초하여 복수의 게이트 전압을 생성하는 게이트 신호 생성부, 그리고상기 게이트 신호 생성부로부터의 상기 게이트 전압을 인가받아 상기 스위칭 소자에 인가하는 게이트 구동부를 포함하고,상기 구동 전압 생성부는상기 주변 온도가 상기 기준 온도보다 클 때 제3 전압을 생성하고 상기 주변 온도가 상기 기준 온도 이하일 때 제4 전압을 생성하는 제1 전압 생성부, 그리고상기 제3 전압이 입력되는 경우 상기 제1 구동 전압을 생성하고 상기 제4 전압이 입력되는 경우 상기 제2 구동 전압을 생성하는 제2 전압 생성부를 포함하는표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제6항에서,상기 제1 전압 생성부는적어도 하나의 저항을 통하여 전압원에 연결되어 있는 제1 트랜지스터, 그리고상기 제1 구동 전압 또는 상기 제2 구동 전압을 인가받으며 상기 제1 트랜지스터와 동기하여 동작하는 제2 트랜지스터를 포함하는표시 장치.
- 제8항에서,상기 기준 온도는 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 문턱 전압과 상기 전압원의 전압이 같아지는 온도로 정해지는 표시 장치.
- 제9항에서,상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터는 BJT(bipolar junction transistor)인 표시 장치.
- 제10항에서,상기 게이트 구동부는 상기 표시 장치에 집적되어 있는 표시 장치.
