Claims (6)
- 통공이 형성된 방열핀 조립체에 복수 개의 튜브가 관통되고, 상기 복수 개의 튜브가 연통되도록 연결튜브가 접합되는 라디에이터의 연결튜브 접합방법에 있어서,
U자형 연결튜브의 양단을 확관시켜 내부에 걸림턱이 형성되도록 하는 연결튜브 확관단계(S1);
상기 확관단계를 거친 연결튜브 내부로 삽입링을 삽입하여 걸림턱에 위치하도록 하는 삽입링 삽입단계(S2);
상기 삽입링 삽입단계를 거친 연결튜브 내부로 튜브가 끼워맞춤되도록 하는 조립단계(S3); 및
상기 조립단계에서 연결튜브의 양단 외주면을 가열하여 상기 삽입링이 브레이징이 되어 상기 튜브와 연결튜브가 일체로 되도록 하는 접합단계(S4);가 포함되되, 상기 삽입링은 은납링인 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터의 연결튜브 접합방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 튜브 및 연결튜브는,
재질이 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터의 연결튜브 접합방법. - 삭제
- 통공이 형성된 방열핀 조립체에 복수 개의 튜브가 관통되고, 상기 복수 개의 튜브가 연통되도록 연결튜브가 접합되는 라디에이터의 연결튜브 접합구조에 있어서,
양단이 확관된 형태로 내부에 걸림턱(120)이 형성되는 U자형의 연결튜브(100)에 삽입링(200)을 삽입하여 상기 걸림턱에 위치되도록 하고, 상기 복수 개의 튜브(300)가 연통되도록 상기 연결튜브의 양단 내부로 삽입하여 결합하며, 상기 결합된 연결튜브의 외주면을 가열하여 상기 삽입링이 브레이징되어 상기 튜브와 연결튜브가 접합되되, 상기 삽입링은 은납링인 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터의 연결튜브 접합구조. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 튜브(300) 및 연결튜브(100)는,
재질이 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터의 연결튜브 접합구조. - 삭제
