Claims (17)
- 결정화된 미건조 SAPO-34(silicoaluminophosphate-34) 슬러리; 알루미나졸, 실리카졸 및 폴리염화알루미늄 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 바인더; 및 염산, 질산, 황산, 초산 및 개미산 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 첨가제를 포함하는 혼합 슬러리를 분무건조시켜서 미소구형체를 제조한 다음,상기 미소구형체를 소성하여 SAPO-34 미소구형체 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정화된 미건조 SAPO-34 슬러리는알루미늄포스페이트 젤, 제 1 유기주형체 및 용매를 포함하는 합성젤; 및실리카전구체, 제 2 유기주형체 및 용매를 포함하는 실리카 용해액;을 혼합한 혼합 합성젤을 수열합성하여 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄포스페이트 젤은 물, 알루미나 전구체 및 인산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유기주형체는 테트라에틸암모늄 하이드록사이드 및 디에틸아민 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 유기주형체는 몰포린, 디프로필아민, 이소프로필아민, 디에탄올아민, 트리에틸아민, 디에틸아민, 사이클로펜틸아민, 아미노메틸 사이클로헥산, 피페리딘, 사이클로헥실아민, 트리-에틸 하이드록시에틸아민 및 피리딘 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물 및 알코올 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수열합성은 상기 혼합 합성젤을 오토클레이브(autoclave)에 넣고, 20 ~ 120℃에서 0.5 ~ 24 시간 동안 교반하여 숙성한 후, 150 ~ 200℃에서 5 ~ 48 시간 동안 교반하여 결정화를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유기주형체와 상기 제 2 유기주형체를 포함하 는 유기주형체의 총 사용량은 알루미나 전구체(Al2O3 기준) 1 몰에 대하여 1.0 ~ 4.0 몰비인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유기주형체와 상기 제 2 유기주형체는 1 : 0.3 ~ 3.0 몰비로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스는 카올린, 벤토나이트, 몬모릴노라이트, 고령토 및 보헤마이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소성은 500 ~ 700℃ 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 SAPO-34 미소구형체 촉매는 경질 올레핀 제조용 순환 유동층 반응기에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
