Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- (a) 은 염을 포함하는, 은 염의 질산 수용액을 제조하는 단계;(b) (i) 환원제 아스코르브산, (ii) 1종 이상의 표면 개질제(들), 및 (iii) 입자 크기 개질제를 포함하는 환원 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 은 염의 질산 수용액과 상기 환원 용액을 함께 혼합하여, pH가 6 이하인 최종 수용액 중에서 은 분말 입자를 형성하는 단계를 순차적으로 포함하고, 상기 입자 크기 개질제는 금속 콜로이드 또는 수소화붕소나트륨인, 은 분말 입자의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,(a) 상기 최종 수용액으로부터 상기 은 분말 입자를 분리하는 단계;(b) 탈이온수를 제공하는 단계;(c) 은 분말 입자를 상기 탈이온수로 세척하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 은 분말 입자를 건조시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 은 분말 입자의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 은 염이 질산은인 것인 은 분말 입자의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (c)를 10 ℃ 내지 35 ℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 은 분말 입자의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (c)를 36 ℃ 내지 44 ℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 은 분말 입자의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (c)를 45 ℃ 초과의 온도에서 수행하는 은 분말 입자의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질제가 구상과 깎인 면 사이에서 입자의 모폴로지를 제어하는 황산칼륨인 것인 은 분말 입자의 형성 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 미분된 은 입자의 제조를 위한 상기 표면 개질제가 아라비아 검인 것인 은 분말 입자의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최종 수용액의 pH가 2 이하인 것인 은 분말 입자의 형성 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 형성된 상기 은 분말 입자가 2차원 플레이크인 입자인 것인 은 분말 입자의 형성 방법.
- 후막 적용에서 은 분말 입자를 사용하는 방법에 있어서, 은 분말 입자가 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 평판 디스플레이 적용에서 은 분말 입자를 사용하는 방법에 있어서, 은 분말 입자가 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
