Claims (8)
- 액정 표시 장치의 게이트 라인을 구동하기 위한 게이트 온 전압을 발생하는 구동 전압 생성 회로에 있어서,외부로부터 입력되는 전압을 승압하여 스위칭 구동 전압을 출력하는 스위칭 전압 발생부;외부의 센서로부터 상기 액정 표시 장치의 온도에 대응하는 센서 전압을 반전 입력단으로 입력받고, 비반전 입력단으로 전원 전압을 입력받아, 상기 센서 전압 및 상기 전원 전압의 차이를 증폭하여 상기 온도에 반비례하는 기준 전압을 출력하되, 상기 기준 전압을 상기 반전 입력단으로 피드백받는 연산 증폭기를 포함하는 기준 전압 발생부; 그리고상기 스위칭 구동 전압과 상기 기준 전압에 응답하여 상기 게이트 온 전압을 발생하는 전압 생성부를 포함하는 구동 전압 생성 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기준 전압 발생부는,상기 반전 입력단에 연결되어, 상기 센서 전압을 상기 반전 입력단으로 제공하는 제 1 저항; 그리고상기 반전 입력단과 상기 기준 전압의 출력단 사이에 연결되어, 상기 기준 전압을 상기 반전 입력단으로 피드백시키는 제 2 저항을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 전압 생성 회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 기준 전압 발생부는,상기 비반전 입력단에 연결되어, 상기 전원 전압을 상기 비반전 입력단으로 제공하는 제 3 저항;상기 비반전 입력단과 접지 전압 사이에 연결된 제 4 저항; 그리고상기 비반전 입력단과 상기 접지 전압 사이에 연결된 커패시터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 전압 생성 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 센서 전압은 상기 액정 표시 장치의 온도를 감지한 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 전압 생성 회로.
- 액정의 온도를 감지하여 센서 전압을 출력하는 액정 패널;상기 센서 전압에 응답하여 상기 온도에 반비례하는 게이트 온 전압을 발생하는 구동 전압 생성부; 그리고상기 게이트 온 전압에 응답하여 상기 액정 패널을 구동하는 구동부를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 액정 패널은 상기 센서 전압을 출력하는 온도 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 구동 전압 생성부는,외부로부터 입력되는 전압을 승압하여 스위칭 구동 전압을 출력하는 스위칭 전압 발생부;상기 센서 전압을 입력받아 상기 온도에 반비례하는 기준 전압을 발생하는 기준 전압 발생부; 그리고상기 스위칭 구동 전압과 상기 기준 전압에 응답하여 상기 게이트 온 전압을 발생하는 전압 생성부를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 액정의 온도를 감지하여 센서 전압을 출력하는 단계;입력 전압을 승압하여 스위칭 구동 전압을 출력하는 단계;상기 센서 전압에 응답하여 상기 온도에 반비례하는 기준 전압을 출력하는 단계; 그리고상기 기준 전압과 상기 스위칭 구동 전압에 응답하여 상기 온도에 반비례하는 게이트 온 전압을 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
