Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명은 지면과 접촉하는 트레드(1) 아래에서 이 트레드(1)를 보유 지지하는 다수 개의 스포크(2)들이 스포크 지지원형대(3)를 기준으로 원주방향을 따라 방사형으로 설치되는 비공기압 타이어의 스포크 설계방법에 있어서, 상기 스포크(2)들은 가상의 스포크 지지원형대(3)에서 3개 각도로 원주상에 배치 설계되되, 이 스포크(2)들의 3개 각도는 소각(a), 중각(b), 대각(c)으로 구분되며, 상기 소각(a)을 기준으로 중각(b)/소각(a) = 비율값(p) 보다 대각(c)/소각(a) = 비율값(q)이 더 크게 설정되면서 스포크(2)들이 불규칙한 각도로 배열되도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 2는 본 발명과 종래 동일한 각도로 이루어진 스포크 배열의 소음분산 관계를 보여주는 그래프,
도 3과 도 4는 종래 스포크 부재를 갖춘 비공기압 타이어의 단면도들이다.
3 : 스포크 지지원형대.
Claims (1)
- 지면과 접촉하는 트레드(1) 아래에서 이 트레드(1)를 보유 지지하는 다수 개의 스포크(2)들이 가상의 스포크 지지원형대(3)를 기준으로 원주방향을 따라 방사형으로 설치되는 비공기압 타이어의 스포크 설계방법에 있어서,
상기 스포크(2)들은 스포크 지지원형대(3)에서 타이어 중심을 기준으로 3개 각도로 원주 상에 배치 설계되고, 스포크(2)들의 3개 각도는 소각(a), 중각(b), 대각(c)으로 구분되며, 상기 소각(a)을 기준으로 중각(b)/소각(a) = 비율값(p) 보다 대각(c)/소각(a) = 비율값(q)이 더 크게 설정되면서 스포크(2)들이 불규칙한 각도로 배열 설계되되,
소음분산을 위한 스포크 배열은 스포크(2)의 소각(a)의 각도가 4.388도를 '1'이라 설정하고, 스포크(2)의 중각(b)의 각도가 5.524도를 '2'라 설정하며, 스포크(2)의 대각(c)의 각도가 6.588도를 '3'이라 설정한 상태에서,
총 69개의 스포크(2)의 각도 배열이,
