Description
Claims (3)
- 공압식 액츄에이터의 작동에 의해 밸브 본체를 상하로 움직여 유로를 개폐하는 공압작동식 밸브와, 워터 해머 발생시에 상기 밸브 본체의 상승을 억제하는 억제 기구를 포함하고,상기 억제 기구는,회전축이 하방을 향하고 상기 액츄에이터의 상방에 고정된 스테핑모터와,상기 스테핑모터의 회전축에 연결되어 상기 회전축의 일방향 회전에 따라서상승하고, 역방향 회전에 따라서 하강하는 상하운동부재와,상기 상하운동부재가 하강하여 상기 밸브 본체와 연결된 스템 상단부에 접촉했을 때에 이것을 검지하는 하단 검지부재와,상기 액츄에이터로의 에어 공급 개시시에 상기 스테핑모터를 일방향으로 회전시키고, 에어 공급 정지시에 상기 스테핑모터를 역방향으로 회전시킴과 동시에 상기 하단 검지부재가 상기 검지를 하였을 때 상기 스테핑모터에 정지 신호를 송신하는 제어장치, 를 포함하여 구성되고,워터 해머 발생시 스템이 상승하는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 상기 유로가 폐쇄되는 동안에 상기 상하운동부재가 상기 스템의 상단부에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터 해머리스 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상하운동부재가 상승하여 그 하단부가 상기 스템 상단부의 최상승위치 보다 높은 소정 위치에 이르렀을 때에 이것을 검지하는 상단 검지부재를 구비하고,상기 제어장치가 상기 상단 검지부재가 전기 검지를 하였을 때 상기 스테핑모터에 정지 신호를 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터 해머리스 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 스테핑모터의 회전축의 하단부에 숫나사부재가 고정되고,상기 상하운동부재가 상기 숫나사부재에 나사 결합하는 암나사부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터 해머리스 밸브.
