Claims (1)
- 투사재를 금속 재료 표면에 충돌시킴으로써 상기 금속 재료 표면에 형성되는 두께 2 내지 5㎛의 고내식성 피막으로서,상기 피막이, Al 1 내지 5질량%, Mg 3 내지 15질량%, Fe 5.5 내지 20질량%, 및 잔부 아연 및 불가피적 불순물을 포함하고, 상기 투사재가, 강 입자를 핵으로 하고 그 주위에 Al 1 내지 5질량%, Mg 5질량% 초과 15질량% 이하, 및 잔부 아연 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어진 합금이 피복되어 있고, 또한 상기 강 입자와 상기 합금 사이에 Fe-Zn 층이 존재하며, 상기 투사재 중에 포함되는 Fe의 함유량이 3 내지 80중량%인, 고내식성 피막.
