Claims (5)
- 차폐 조성물 및 광물성 안료를 혼합하여 칼라 차폐 조성물을 획득하는 단계;
상기 칼라 차폐 조성물을 코팅액 주입기로 이동하는 단계;
이동된 상기 조성물을 전사롤러의 요홈부에 주입하는 단계;
상기 전사롤러가 회전하면서 유리판에 상기 조성물을 전사하는 단계;
상기 유리판을 이송하여 열경화시키는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 광물성 안료는 0.3~15 중량%로 포함되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 에너지 절감형 칼라 차폐유리 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 칼라 차폐 조성물의 차폐계수는 0.72인 것을 특징으로 하는, 에너지 절감형 칼라 차폐유리 제조방법.
- 전사롤러의 요홈부에 주입되어, 상기 전사롤러가 회전하면서 유리판에 전사되는 칼라 차폐 조성물은,
유리 바인더 수지 0~5 중량%; 레벨링제는 0~0.1 중량%; 광물성 안료 0.3~15 중량%; 차폐 조성물 20~80 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 칼라 차폐 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 광물성 안료는, 황색, 녹색, 청색, 자색, 흑색 또는 백색안료로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 안료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 칼라 차폐 조성물.
