Claims (8)
- 풍력 발전 시스템과 축전 시스템을 구비하고,상기 풍력 발전 시스템은 1대 이상의 풍력 발전 장치를 갖고,상기 축전 시스템은 2대 이상의 축전 장치를 갖고,상기 복수의 축전 장치는 이차 전지를 구비하여, 전력 계통에 접속된 풍력 발전소에 있어서,상기 풍력 발전소는 풍력 발전 시스템의 발전 전력을 검출하는 수단과,상기 복수의 축전 장치의 충방전 전력의 합계값을 검출하는 수단과,상기 발전 전력과 상기 충방전 전력을 수신하는 컨트롤러를 구비하고,상기 컨트롤러는,상기 풍력 발전소의 전력 변동을 완화하는 상기 축전 시스템의 충방전 전력 지령을 연산하는 수단과,상기 복수의 축전 장치 중 1대 이상이 회복 충전 상태에 있을 때에, 상기 복수의 축전 장치 중 비회복 충전 상태에 있는 상기 축전 장치에 의해 상기 풍력 발전소의 출력 전력의 변동을 완화하고, 또한 회복 충전에 의한 전력 변동도 완화하도록, 상기 충방전 전력 지령으로부터 회복 충전 중인 충방전 전력을 감산하여, 상기 복수의 축전 장치 중 비회복 충전 상태에 있는 상기 축전 장치에 대한 충방전 전력 지령을 연산하는 수단과,상기 풍력 발전 시스템의 발전 전력의 변동이 소정값보다 컸던 경우에는, 회복 충전 상태에 있는 상기 축전 장치가 회복 충전을 정지하고, 상기 풍력 발전소의 출력 전력의 변동을 완화하도록 충방전 전력을 조정하는 수단을 구비하고,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 풍력 발전 시스템의 발전 전력 제한 지령 연산부를 구비하고,상기 발전 전력 제한 지령 연산부는, 상기 복수의 축전 장치의 적어도 1대 이상이 회복 충전 상태에 있는 경우에는, 상기 풍력 발전 시스템의 발전 전력 제한값을, 상기 축전 시스템에 회복 충전 상태의 축전 장치가 없는 상태의 발전 전력 제한값보다 작은 값으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 풍력 발전소.

- 제1항에 있어서, 기상 예측 데이터를 기초로 하는 상기 풍력 발전 시스템의 발전 전력의 예측값을 입수하는 수단과,상기 풍력 발전 시스템의 발전 전력 예측값을 기초로 하여, 상기 축전 시스템의 회복 충전을 스케줄링하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 풍력 발전소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보조 발전기와,상기 보조 발전기의 발전 전력을 검출하는 수단을 구비하고,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 보조 발전기의 발전 전력을 수신하는 컨트롤러이며, 상기 보조 발전기의 발전 전력 지령을 연산하는 수단과, 상기 발전 전력 지령을 상기 보조 발전기에 송신하는 수단을 구비하고,상기 풍력 발전소가 개열 기간 중에, 상기 복수의 축전 장치 중 적어도 1대 이상의 회복 충전을 행하고, 상기 보조 발전기가 회복 충전을 위한 전력의 일부, 혹은 전부를 공급하는 수단과,상기 풍력 발전소가 개열 기간 중, 상기 풍력 발전소의 출력 전력이 소정값 이하로 되도록, 상기 풍력 발전 시스템의 발전 전력을 조정하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 풍력 발전소.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 풍력 발전 시스템의 발전 전력을 조정하는 수단은, 상기 축전 장치의 회복 충전에 필요한 전력에, 상기 풍력 발전소의 출력 전력이 마이너스값으로 되는 것을 방지하는 보정량을 가산한 값을, 상기 풍력 발전 시스템의 발전 전력 제한 지령으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 풍력 발전소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 풍력 발전소가 전력 계통과 연계하는 지점에 있어서 상기 풍력 발전소의 출력 전력을 검출하는 수단을 구비하고,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 풍력 발전소의 출력 전력을 수신하는 컨트롤러이며,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 풍력 발전 시스템의 발전 전력과 상기 충방전 전력의 합계값과 상기 풍력 발전소의 출력 전력으로부터 상기 풍력 발전소에서 발생하는 손실을 연산하는 수단과,상기 충방전 전력 지령에 대해 상기 손실을 보정하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 풍력 발전소.
