Claims (20)
- 내측에 형성된 유로를 통해 열전달 매체가 흐르는 복수의 평판형 열교환기 바디;상기 각각의 열교환기 바디 사이에서 연장되며, 상기 바디의 표면에 대해 경사지게 배치되는 복수의 플레이트;상기 열교환기 바디의 상측에 배치되어 상기 복수의 플레이트 측으로 제습액을 공급하는 상부 헤더;상기 열교환기 바디의 하측에 배치되어 공급된 제습액을 일시적으로 저장하는 하부 헤더; 및상기 열교환기 바디 사이에 공기를 송풍시키는 송풍팬을 포함하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각각의 플레이트들은 상기 바디의 측면에서 보았을 때 지그재그 형태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각각의 플레이트들은 부직포로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 각각의 플레이트들은 PET 부직포로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환기 바디는 표면이 젖음성(wet property) 향상 표면처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 플레이트들의 표면이 친수성 코팅 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각각의 플레이트에는 플레이트의 표면을 따라 흐르는 유체를 플레이트 하측으로 통과시키는 복수의 관통공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 관통공 중 적어도 일부는 관통공의 테두리가 상기 열교환기 바디와 접하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 관통공 중 나머지 일부는 상기 플레이트의 양단부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 내측에 형성된 유로를 통해 열전달 매체가 흐르는 복수의 평판형 열교환기 바디;상기 각각의 열교환기 바디 사이에서 복수의 경사면이 지그재그 형태로 배치되는 제습액 가이드;상기 열교환기 바디의 상측에 배치되어 상기 제습액 가이드 측으로 제습액을 공급하는 상부 헤더;상기 열교환기 바디의 하측에 배치되어 공급된 제습액을 일시적으로 저장하는 하부 헤더; 및상기 열교환기 바디 사이에 공기를 송풍시키는 송풍팬를 포함하며,상기 각각의 경사면에는 그 표면에 흐르는 제습액을 저면으로 이송하기 위한 제1 관통공과 그 표면에 흐르는 제습액을 상기 열교환기 바디의 표면으로 이송하기 위한 제2 관통공이 형성되는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제습액 가이드는 폴리에스터(PET) 부직포 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제습액 가이드의 표면은 젖음성 향상 표면처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제1 관통공은 상기 각각의 경사면의 양단부로부터 이격되어 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제2 관통공은 상기 각각의 경사면 사이의 경계선이 제2 관통공을 가로지르도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 내측에 형성된 유로를 통해 열전달 매체가 흐르는 복수의 평판형 열교환기 바디;상기 각각의 열교환기 바디 사이에서 복수의 경사면이 지그재그 형태로 배치되는 제습액 가이드;상기 열교환기 바디의 상측에 배치되어 상기 제습액 가이드 측으로 제습액을 공급하는 상부 헤더;상기 열교환기 바디의 하측에 배치되어 공급된 제습액을 일시적으로 저장하는 하부 헤더; 및상기 열교환기 바디 사이에 공기를 송풍시키는 송풍팬를 포함하며,상기 각각의 경사면에는 그 표면에 흐르는 제습액을 경사면의 하부로 이송하기 위한 복수의 관통공이 형성되고,상기 평판형 열교환기 바디에는 상기 경사면을 타고 흘러내리는 제습액의 일부를 포집하는 채널이 형성되는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 관통공은 상기 경사면의 양단부로부터 이격되어 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 채널은 상기 제습액 가이드의 양단부의 상하로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 채널은 상기 평판형 열교환기의 폭 방향으로 나란하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 채널의 단면은 원형 또는 다각형 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체식 제습장치용 열물질교환기.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 두 개의 열물질교환기;상기 두 개의 열물질교환기를 각각 제1 및 제2 열물질교환기라 할 때, 제1 열물질교환기의 상부 헤더와 제2 열물질교환기의 하부 헤더 사이 및 상기 제2 열물질교환기의 상부 헤더와 제1 열물질교환기의 하부 헤더 사이를 연결하는 제습액 유로; 및상기 제습액 유로에 설치되는 펌프;를 포함하는 액체식 제습장치.
