Description
도 2 는 1 wt% Pt/SiO2와 XPtYNd/SiO2 (X;Y = 1:0.25, 1:0.5, 1:1) 촉매의 열화 후 NO 산화 반응 실험 결과를 도시한 것이다.
도 3은 열화 후의 1 wt% Pt/SiO2와 XPtYNd/SiO2 (X;Y = 1:0.25, 1:0.5, 1:1) 촉매의 X선회절(XRD)분석 결과를 도시한 것이다.
도 4는 열화 후의 1 wt% Pt/SiO2와 XPtYNd/SiO2 (X;Y = 1:0.25, 1:0.5, 1:1) 촉매의 TPR분석 결과를 도시한 것이다.
도 5는 각 조건별(fresh, TA, SA, TASA)로 열화를 거친 Pt/SiO2의 NO 산화반응 실험 결과를 도시한 것이다.
도 6은 각 조건별(fresh, TA, SA, TASA)로 열화를 거친 Pt/SiO2의 X선회절(XRD)분석 결과를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 실리카에 담지된 백금(Pt)-네오디뮴(Nd) 합금을 포함하고,
상기 백금과 네오디뮴의 몰비가 1:0.4 내지 1:0.8이며,
하나의 H2-TPR 피크(peak)가 400 내지 800℃에서 나타나는 디젤 분진 필터용 촉매.

- 제1항에 있어서,
전체 촉매 중 백금의 함량이 0.1 내지 10중량%인 디젤 분진 필터용 촉매.
- 삭제
- 수용액 내에서 백금 전구체 및 네오디뮴 전구체를 혼합하는 단계;
상기 백금(Pt) 전구체 및 네오디뮴(Nd) 전구체의 혼합물을 실리카에 담지시키는 단계; 및
상기 실리카에 담지된 백금(Pt) 전구체 및 네오디뮴(Nd) 전구체의 혼합물을 소성하여 백금(Pt)- 네오디뮴(Nd) 합금을 형성하고, 상기 백금(Pt)- 네오디뮴(Nd) 합금을 실리카에 고정하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 백금(Pt)-네오디뮴(Nd) 합금에서, 백금과 네오디뮴의 몰비가 1:0.4 내지 1:0.8인 디젤 분진 필터용 촉매의 제조 방법.

- 제1항의 촉매를 포함하는 디젤 분진 필터를 포함하는 디젤 차량용 매연 저감 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 디젤 분진 필터의 전단에 설치된 흡장 환원형 NOx 정화 촉매기를 더 포함하는 디젤 차량용 매연 저감 장치.
