Abstract
따라서, 상기 배기가스쿨러를 이용하여 상기 배기가스의 온도를 섭씨 150도 미만으로 유지하여 백연의 발생을 줄인다. 상기 배기가스쿨러가 상기 머플러의 전단에 배치되어, 상기 머플러 내부에 고농도로 포집된 황산성분에 의해서, 상기 배기가스쿨러의 방열판이 부식되는 것이 방지되어 내구성이 향상된다. 상기 머플러 내부에서 증발되어 상기 배기가스쿨러의 방열판에 부착되는 것이 방지되어, 배기가스압력이 상승하거나 쿨링효율이 저감되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 아울러, 상기 머플러의 전단에 상기 배기가스쿨러를 설치함으로써, 비교적 상기 배기가스쿨러를 설치할 공간이 충분하고, 상기 배기가스쿨러에 연결되는 상기 냉각수공급라인의 길이도 줄어든다.

Claims (8)
- 배기가스가 통과하는 배기라인;
상기 배기라인의 후단부에 배치되어 소음을 감소시키는 머플러;
상기 머플러의 전단에 배치되어 통과하는 배기가스를 냉각시키는 배기가스쿨러;
상기 배기가스쿨러로 냉각수를 순환시키는 냉각수공급부;
상기 배기가스쿨러의 전단에 배치된 촉매유닛;
상기 촉매유닛의 전단부에서 분기되어 연료를 이용하여 에너지를 생산하는 엔진의 흡기라인으로 합류되는 이지알라인; 및
상기 이지알라인에 설치되어 상기 이지알라인을 흐르는 이지알가스를 냉각하는 이지알쿨러; 를 포함하고,
상기 촉매유닛은, 배기가스에 포함된 유해물질을 저감시키는 디젤산화촉매(DOC: diesel particulate filter), 및 배기가스에 포함된 입자상물질을 필터링하는 디젤여과필터(DPF: diesel particulate filter)이고,
상기 디젤여과필터를 재생하는 과정에서 상기 배기가스의 온도를 설정된 수치 미만으로 유지시키기 위해서 상기 냉각수공급부가 상기 배기가스쿨러로 냉각수를 순환시키며, 상기 냉각수공급부와 상기 이지알쿨러를 순환하는 이지알냉각수라인이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 후처리 시스템. - 삭제

상기 배기라인에 설치되어 상기 배기가스바이패스라인 또는 상기 배기라인으로 선택적으로 배기가스를 공급하는 전환밸브를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 후처리 시스템. - 제1항에서,
상기 냉각수공급부와 상기 배기가스쿨러를 순환하는 냉각수공급라인이 배치되고,
상기 냉각수공급라인에는 상기 배기가스쿨러를 바이패스하는 냉각수바이패스라인이 형성되고, 상기 냉각수바이패스라인에 바이패스밸브가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 후처리 시스템. - 제6항에서,
상기 냉각수공급라인에는 상기 냉각수바이패스라인으로 분기되기 전에 냉각수의 순환을 제어하는 온오프밸브가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 후처리 시스템. - 삭제
