Claims (5)
- 일정간격 이격되어 설치되는 한 쌍의 제1탱크(210) 및 제2탱크(220)와, 상기 제1탱크(210) 또는 제2탱크(220)에 연결되고 냉각수가 유입되는 입구파이프(211) 및 유입된 냉각수가 배출되는 출구파 이프(212)와, 상기 제1탱크(210) 및 제2탱크(220) 사이에 양단이 고정되어 냉각수유로를 형성하는 다수개의 튜브(230)와, 상기 튜브(230) 사이에 개재되는 핀(250)을 포함하여 이루어진 히터코어(H)에 있어서,상기 입구파이프(211)의 일측에는 상기 히터코어(H)에 유입되는 냉각수의 양을 조절하는 유량조절수단(300)이 구비되며,상기유량조절수단(300)은 내부가 중공되고, 일측에 냉각수가 유입되는 냉각수 유입부(330)가 연결되며, 상기 냉각수 유입부(33)의 양측에 수직하게 상기 입구파이프(211) 및 상기 히터코어(H)를 거치지 않고 배출되는 바이패스라인(340)이 각각 형성되는 몸체(310)와; 상기 몸체(310)를 덮어 밀폐하는 덮개(320)와; 상기 몸체(310) 내부에 구비되고 중앙부에 구동축(353)이 연결되며 서로 연결된 제 1 연통부(351)와 제 2 연통부(352)가 형성되어 회전에 의해 상기 냉각수 유입부(330)로 유입된 냉각수가 상기 바이패스라인(340)을 통해 배출되는 양 및 상기 히터코어(H)의 입구파이프(211)로 유입되는 양을 조절하는 볼밸브(350); 및 상기 볼밸브(350)를 구동하는 구동수단(미도시); 을 포함하며,상기 히터코어(H)를 공조장치에 장착한 상태에서 상기 출구파이프(212)는 상기 유량조절수단(300)보다 위쪽에 위치하며, 상기 출구파이프(212)는 상기 바이패스라인(340)과 단차지게 연결되거나 상기 바이패스라인(340)과 예각으로 만나도록 경사지게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터코어.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유량조절수단(300)의 구동수단은 최대 냉방시 상기 볼밸브(350)를 회전하여 상기 제 1 연통부(351)와 제 2 연통부(352)가 각각 상기 냉각수 유입부(330)와 상기 바이패스라인(340)에 연통됨으로써 상기 냉각수 유입부(330)를 통해 유입된 냉각수가 모두 바이패스라인(340)을 통해 배출되도록 하고, 최대 난방시 상기 제 1 연통부(351)와 제 2 연통부(352)가 각각 상기 냉각수 유입부와 상기 입구파이프와 연통됨으로써 상기 냉각수 유입부(330)를 통해 유입된 냉각수가 모두 상기 입구파이프(211)를 통해 히터코어(H)로 유입되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터코어.

- 각각의 도어(110d, 120d, 130d)에 의해 개도가 조절되는 벤트(110, 120, 130)(Vent)가 형성된 공조케이스(100); 상기 공조케이스(100) 내부에 장착되는 증발기(E); 상기 공조케이스(100) 내부에 장착되고 유량조절수단(300)을 구비한 히터코어(H); 및 냉ㆍ난방설정에 따라 개도를 조절하여 상기 히터코어(H)를 바이패스하는 공기의 양을 조절하는 보조도어(160); 를 포함하여 구성되는 자동차용 공조장치에 있어서,상기 공조장치의 히터코어(H)는 상기 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 의한 히터코어(H)이며,상기 유량조절수단(300)의 구동수단은 상기 보조도어(160)와 연결되어 상기 보조도어(160)를 연동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공조장치.
