Claims (11)
- 제1 수지 조성물로 구성되는 제1 미다공층과, 상기 제1 수지 조성물보다도 낮은 융점을 갖는 제2 수지 조성물로 구성되는 제2 미다공층이 적층된 적층 미다공성 필름이며,
상기 제1 미다공층의 용융 점도 ηA가 10000 Paㆍs 이상이고, 상기 용융 점도 ηA와 상기 제2 미다공층의 용융 점도 ηB의 비 ηA/ηB가 0.01 내지 10인 적층 미다공성 필름. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 수지 조성물이 폴리프로필렌 수지 100 질량부와 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지 5 내지 90 질량부를 함유하는 열 가소성 수지 조성물이고, 상기 제1 수지 조성물로 구성되는 제1 수지 필름이 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지를 포함하는 상의 바다부와 상기 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지를 포함하는 상의 섬부로 이루어진 해도(海島) 구조를 갖는, 적층 미다공성 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열 가소성 수지 조성물이 혼화제를 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지 100 질량부에 대하여 1 내지 20 질량부 추가로 함유하는, 적층 미다공성 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 혼화제가 비닐 방향족 화합물의 구조 단위를 주체로 하는 적어도 1개의 중합체 블록 A와, 공액 디엔 화합물의 1,2-비닐 결합량과 3,4-비닐 결합량의 합계가 40 내지 90%인 상기 공액 디엔 화합물의 구조 단위를 주체로 하는 적어도 1개의 중합체 블록 B를 포함하는 블록 공중합체에 수소를 첨가한 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체인 적층 미다공성 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 섬부의 입경이 0.01 μm 내지 10 μm인 적층 미다공성 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 섬부의 입경이 0.01 μm 내지 10 μm인 적층 미다공성 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 섬부의 입경이 0.01 μm 내지 10 μm인 적층 미다공성 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 수지 조성물이 폴리에틸렌계 수지 조성물인 적층 미다공성 필름.
- 제8항에 기재된 적층 미다공성 필름을 포함하는 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층 미다공성 필름의 제조 방법이며, 이하의 공정 (1) 및 (2)를 포함하는 적층 미다공성 필름의 제조 방법:
(1) 제1 수지 조성물로 구성되는 제1 수지 필름과, 상기 제1 수지 조성물의 융점보다도 낮은 융점을 갖는 제2 수지 조성물로 구성되는 제2의 수지 필름을 갖는 적층체를 -20 ℃ 이상 (TmB-60) ℃ 이하로 유지한 상태에서 적어도 한 방향으로 1.05배 이상 2.0배 이하로 냉연신하는 냉연신 공정(여기서, TmB는 제2 수지 조성물의 융점(℃)임),
(2) 공정 (1)에서 냉연신된 적층체를 (TmB-60) ℃ 이상 (TmB-2) ℃ 미만으로 유지한 상태에서 적어도 한 방향으로 1.05배 이상 5.0배 이하로 열연신하는 열연신 공정. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (2) 후에 이하의 공정 (3)을 추가로 포함하는 적층 미다공성 필름의 제조 방법:
(3) 공정 (2)에서 열연신된 적층체를 (TmB-30) ℃ 이상 (TmB-2) ℃ 이하의 온도에서 열 고정하는 공정.
