Claims (4)
- 원판형의 베이스부(11) 및 상기 베이스부(11)와 일체로 되어 압축기의 길이방향으로 돌출되는 내측링부(14)와 외측링부(16)를 구비하는 압축기용 풀리의 제조방법에 있어서,금속재를 일정온도 이상으로 가열하는 가열단계(S1)와;상기 금속재를 내측링부(14)와 외측링부(16) 및 베이스부(11)를 구비한 풀리(10) 형상으로 고온상태에서 단조성형 하는 열간단조단계(S2)와;상기 내측링부(14)의 내부면을 연결하는 연결부(18)에 관통공(15)을 형성하는 중심부 피어싱단계(S3)와;가열된 상기 풀리(10)를 상온으로 냉각시키는 냉각단계(S4)와;냉각된 상기 풀리(10)의 내?외부면을 절삭가공하는 황삭가공단계(S5)와;상기 풀리(10)의 베이스부(11)를 상온상태에서 단조성형 하는 부분 냉간단조단계(S6)와;상기 베이스부(11)에 슬롯(12)을 관통 형성하는 슬롯 피어싱단계(S7); 및상기 풀리(10)의 표면에 V홈부(Groove, 17) 및 완성가공을 하는 정삭 가공단계(S8); 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 풀리의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 황삭가공단계(S5)에서 상기 베이스부의 두께(h2)는 표준두께(h1) 보다 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 풀리의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 황삭가공단계(S5)에서 상기 슬롯(12) 사이에 형성되는 브릿지부(13)의 두께(h3)는 표준두께(h1) 보다 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 풀리의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열간단조단계(S2)에서는 상기 연결부(18)가 내측링부(14)의 상부에 연장형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 풀리의 제조방법.
