Abstract
Description
제안된 본 발명은 장벽 특성을 갖는, 탈착가능하게 연결된 멀티-팩 용기의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 일 실시양태에서, 본 발명은 수분이 적고 저장 안정한 즉석(ready-to-eat) 식품을 저장할 수 있는, 탈착가능하게 연결된 멀티-팩 용기 조립체의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 일 실시양태에서, 수분 장벽 특성은 폴리올레핀 시트에 의해서 제공된다. 일 실시양태에서, 본 발명의 폴리올레핀 시트는 HDPE를 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시양태에서, 산소 장벽 특성은 폴리올레핀 시트에 접착된 EVOH 필름에 의해서 제공된다. 인접한 용기들의 테두리 사이에 위치한 채널은, 테두리 영역에서 나타나는 의도하지 않은 인열을 발생시키지 않고 인접한 용기들의 분리를 가능하게 한다. 본 발명의 상기한 특징 및 이점뿐만 아니라 추가의 특징 및 이점은 하기 발명의 상세한 설명으로 명백할 것이다.
Claims (38)
- 수분 장벽 특성을 갖는 폴리올레핀 시트를 제공하는 단계, 및상기 폴리올레핀 시트를, 각 용기가 두께가 있는 테두리를 포함하는 2개 이상의 용기를 포함하는 탈착가능한 멀티-팩 조립체로 열성형하는 단계를 포함하며,여기서 채널 깊이 및 채널 두께를 갖는 채널이 2개의 상기 테두리들을 함께 탈착가능하게 연결시키고 상기 채널 두께는 상기 테두리 두께보다 작은,탈착가능하게 연결된 멀티-팩 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 시트가 HDPE를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 시트가 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 시트가 EVOH 층을 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 시트가 산소 장벽 특성을 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 시트가 1.92 cc/일/m2/mil 미만의 산소 투과율을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널이 실질적으로 U자형인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널이 실질적으로 V자형인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널이 하나 이상의 채널 벽을 더 포함하며, 상기 채널 벽 중 하나 이상이 상기 테두리에 대해 실질적으로 수직인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널의 폭이 20 mil을 초과하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널의 폭이 나이프로 생성된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테두리가 5 mil을 초과하는 두께를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널 두께가 상기 테두리 두께의 1/2 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널 두께가 1 mil을 초과하는 것인 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널을 천공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조립체에 리드스톡(lidstock)을 적용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 리드스톡 및 상기 채널을 천공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 시트를 제공하는 단계가 폴리올레핀 시트로 구성되는 다층 시트를 제공하는 단계인 것인 방법.
- 제1 외향 돌출 테두리를 갖는 제1 개별 용기,제2 외향 돌출 테두리를 갖는 제2 개별 용기, 및상기 제1 및 제2 외향 돌출 테두리를 탈착가능하게 연결하는, 채널 폭 및 채널 깊이를 갖는 채널을 포함하며,상기 용기들은 산소 투과율이 1.92 cc/일/m2/mil 미만인 재료로부터 제조된 것인, 탈착가능하게 연결된 멀티-팩 용기.
- 제22항에 있어서, 각 용기가 HDPE를 포함하는 멀티-팩 용기.
- 제22항에 있어서, 각 용기가 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 멀티-팩 용기.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 재료가 EVOH를 포함하는 멀티-팩 용기.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 재료가 0.4 cc/일/m2/mil 미만의 산소 투과율을 포함하는 것인 멀티-팩 용기.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 채널이 실질적으로 U자형인 멀티-팩 용기.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 채널이 실질적으로 V자형인 멀티-팩 용기.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 채널이 하나 이상의 채널 벽을 더 포함하며, 상기 채널 벽 중 하나 이상이 상기 제1 외향 돌출 테두리 및 상기 제2 외향 돌출 테두리에 대해 실질적으로 수직인 멀티-팩 용기.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 채널 폭이 20 mil을 초과하는 멀티-팩 용기.
