Abstract
Description
도 1b는 인간배꼽정맥혈관내피세포를 저산소 조건 또는 CoCl2를 처리한 후, VEGF와 MIC-1의 발현수준을 RT-PCR 방법으로 확인한 사진이다.
도 1c는 인간배꼽정맥혈관내피세포를 저산소 조건 또는 CoCl2를 처리한 후, MIC-1의 프로모터의 활성을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 2는 인간배꼽정맥혈관내피세포의 화학주성 이동성(chemotactic motility)(A)과 튜브 형성(tube formation)에 MIC-1이 미치는 영향(B)을 나타내는 사진과 그래프이다.

Claims (11)
- 서열번호 2 또는 서열번호 7의 아미노산 서열을 코딩하는 MIC-1(macrophage inhibitory cytokine-1) 유전자 또는 그의 발현 단백질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 상처 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 MIC-1 유전자는 재조합 벡터에 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상처 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 재조합벡터는 도 10의 개열지도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 상처 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 MIC-1 단백질은 발현벡터에서 발현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상처 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 발현벡터는 도 9의 개열지도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 상처 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 MIC-1 유전자 또는 그의 발현 단백질은 염증반응(inflammation) 및 혈관누수(vascular leakage)를 유도하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 상처 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상처는 급성상처 또는 만성 상처인 것을 특징으로 하는 상처 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 피부에 국부 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상처 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 액제, 크림제, 로숀제, 겔제 또는 에어로졸제인 것을 특징으로 하는 상처 치료용 약학적 조성물.
