Claims (28)
- 혈액 시료 내의 헤모글로빈의 양 및 효소의 활성 정도를 각각 측정하기 위한 제 1 측정부 및 제 2 측정부를 갖는 미세유체 칩을 포함하되,
상기 미세유체 칩은:
상기 혈액 시료를 투입하기 위한 시료 투입구;
상기 혈액 시료를 용해물로 전환하기 위한 시료 용해부;
상기 용해물이 상기 제 1 및 제 2 측정부들로 이동하기 위한 분기된 유로; 및
상기 제 1 및 제 2 측정부들과 각각의 전기적 연결을 위한 배선들을 포함하고,
상기 시료 용해부는 세제를 포함하는 매트릭스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 미세유체 칩의 상기 제 1 측정부는 상기 혈액 시료 내의 상기 헤모글로빈의 양을 광도 측정법, 전기화학 측정법 또는 비색 측정법을 이용하여 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 장치. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 미세유체 칩의 상기 제 1 측정부는 상기 광도 측정법, 상기 전기화학 측정법 또는 상기 비색 측정법 중에서 선택된 복수의 측정법들로 측정하기 위해 복수로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 시료 용해부가 상기 매트릭스를 포함할 경우,
상기 시료 용해부는 상기 분기된 유로에 의해 상기 제 1 및 제 2 측정부들로부터 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 매트릭스는 니트로셀룰로오스 막, 소수성 패드, 친수성 패드 또는 이들의 조합 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 장치. - 혈액 시료 내의 헤모글로빈의 양 및 효소의 활성 정도를 각각 측정하기 위한 제 1 측정부 및 제 2 측정부를 갖는 미세유체 칩에 상기 혈액 시료를 투입하는 단계;
세제를 포함하는 매트릭스를 이용하여 상기 혈액 시료를 용해하여 용해물로 전환하는 단계;
상기 용해물을 상기 제 1 및 제 2 측정부들로 이동시키는 단계; 및
상기 제 1 및 제 2 측정부들로부터 각각 상기 헤모글로빈의 양 및 상기 효소의 활성 정도를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 진단 방법. - 제 20항에 있어서,
상기 미세유체 칩의 상기 제 1 측정부는 상기 혈액 시료 내의 상기 헤모글로빈의 양을 광도 측정법, 전기화학 측정법 또는 비색 측정법을 이용하여 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 방법. - 제 21항에 있어서,
상기 미세유체 칩의 상기 제 1 측정부는 복수로 제공되어 상기 광도 측정법, 상기 전기화학 측정법 또는 상기 비색 측정법 중에서 선택된 복수의 측정법들로 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 방법. - 제 20항에 있어서,
상기 미세유체 칩의 상기 제 2 측정부는 상기 혈액 시료 내의 상기 효소의 활성 정도를 전기화학 측정법을 이용하여 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 방법. - 제 23항에 있어서,
상기 효소는 포도당-6-인산 탈수소 효소인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 방법. - 제 20항에 있어서,
상기 매트릭스는 니트로셀룰로오스 막, 소수성 패드, 친수성 패드 또는 이들의 조합 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함상기 혈액 시료를 용해하는 것은 세제를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 방법. - 제 20항에 있어서,
상기 세제는 비누, 술폰산염, 황산염, 인산염, 아인산염, 알킬 클리코시드, 담즙산, 글루카미드, 폴리옥시에틸렌, 단순 분산제, 복잡 분산제, 쌍성 이온제 또는 이들의 조합 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 방법. - 제 20항에 있어서,
상기 미세유체 칩의 상기 제 1 및 제 2 측정부들에서 측정된 측정값들을 증폭하는 단계; 및
상기 증폭된 측정값들을 디지털 신호로 변환하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 방법. - 제 20항에 있어서,
상기 미세유체 칩의 상기 제 1 및 제 2 측정부들에서 측정된 측정값들을 영상으로 전환하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 방법.
