Claims (3)
- 내주면에 압축기(40)의 프론트 하우징(41)에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 로터부(11)가 형성되고, 외주면에 벨트가 결합되는 결합홈(12)이 형성되어진 풀리(10)와,압축기(40)의 구동축(42) 단부에 형성되는 수나사부(42a) 및 상기 수나사부(42a)에 나사결합 되도록 암나사부(21a)가 형성되는 리미터 허브(21), 상기 리미터 허브(21)의 외측에 설치되고, 상기 풀리(10)에 고정되는 아웃터 허브(22) 및 상기 리미터 허브(21)와 아웃터 허브(22)를 연결하는 부위에 형성된 파단부(23)로 이루어진 리미터(20)와,상기 압축기(40)의 구동축(42) 단부에 상기 리미터 허브(21)를 지지하도록 설치되어 일정압력에 의해 파손되는 지지링(30)을 포함하고,압축기(40)의 과부하시에 상기 리미터 허브(21)가 나사 결합방향으로 이동되어 상기 지지링(30)을 파손시킴으로써 상기 파단부(23)를 절단하여 동력전달이 차단되도록 하되,상기 지지링(30)과 리미터 허브(21)의 접촉부위는 경사면으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치리스 압축기용 동력전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파단부(23)에는 구동축을 중심으로 하여 원주방향으로 노치가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치리스 압축기용 동력전달장치.
