Claims (108)
- 사람 조혈(hematopoietic) 줄기세포 또는 전구세포(progenitor cell) 및OCT-4+, ABC-p+, SSEA3- 및 SSEA4- 인 특성을 가지는 분리된 사람 태반 줄기세포(isolated placental stem cell)를 포함하는 조성물로서,상기 태반 줄기세포는 탯줄 혈액(cord blood)을 배수하고, 잔류 혈액을 관류하여 제거한 태반에서 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 사람 조혈(hematopoietic) 탯줄 혈액(cord blood) 줄기세포 또는 전구세포(progenitor cell) 및OCT-4+, ABC-p+, SSEA3- 및 SSEA4- 인 특성을 가지는 분리된 사람 태반 줄기세포(isolated placental stem cell)를 포함하는 조성물로서,상기 태반 줄기세포는 탯줄 혈액(cord blood)을 배수하고, 잔류 혈액을 관류하여 제거한 태반에서 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 용기 안에 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 용기는 밀봉되고, 공기 밀폐(air tight)되며, 살균(sterile)된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 줄기세포 또는 전구세포는 탯줄 혈액 또는 태반 혈액, 태아 또는 신생아 조혈 줄기세포 또는 전구세포, 성체 세포 또는 골수 줄기세포 또는 골수 전구세포로부터 유래한 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 줄기세포 또는 전구세포는 태아 또는 신생아 조혈 줄기세포 또는 전구세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 조혈 줄기세포 또는 전구세포는 복수의 세포가 CD34+ 및 CD38-인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 탯줄 혈액 줄기세포는 복수의 세포가 CD34+ 및 CD38+인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 태반 줄기세포의 수 및상기 조혈 줄기세포 또는 전구세포의 수는적어도 1:1의 비율로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
