Abstract
본 발명의 면광원장치용 도광판은 본 발명의 면광원장치용 도광판은 정면휘도가 높을 뿐만 아니라 휘도의 균일도도 우수하며 모아레 현상도 발생하지 않는다.이를 백라이트 유닛에 사용하는 경우 도광판 위에 적층되는 광학시트의 사용을 줄일 수 있어, 액정표시장치 모듈의 슬림화 및 제조공정의 단순화가 가능해지며 제조단가를 낮출 수 있다.
Description
도2는 본 발명의 일 실시태양에 따르는 면광원장치용 도광판의 배면(140)에 대한 부분확대도이다.
도3a 내지 도3d는 본 발명의 일 실시태양에 따르는 면광원장치용 도광판의 배면(140)에 형성되는 단위셀(160)의 형상을 보여주는 모식도이다.
도4a 및 4b는 마이크로 프리즘 렌즈가 형성된 단위셀들의 배치방향에 대한 예시도들이다.
도5는 본 발명의 다른 실시태양에 따르는 면광원장치용 도광판의 사시도이다.

Claims (5)
- 일정 축을 따라 배치된 램프로부터 광이 입사되는 입사면, 상기 입사되는 광이 출사되는 출사면 및 상기 출사면과 마주보는 배면을 포함하는 도광판에 있어서,
상기 배면에는 마이크로 프리즘 패턴이 새겨진 복수의 단위셀이 분산배치되되, 상기 마이크로 프리즘 패턴의 능선방향이 이루는 프리즘 배열축과 상기 램프의 배열축의 교차각이 0.1 ~ 10°인 엇각으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원장치용 도광판. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 프리즘 패턴의 단위 프리즘 각이 40 ~ 120°이고, 단위 프리즘 피치가 1 ~ 100um인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 면광원장치용 도광판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단위셀의 최장경이 1 ~ 2,000um인 상기 면광원장치용 도광판.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 도광판; 상기 도광판의 입사면 일측에 구비된 램프; 및 도광판의 출사면 상부에 적층되는 확산기능을 갖는 보호필름;을 포함하는 시야각 제어가 가능한 백라이트 유닛.
