Abstract
본 발명을 적용하면 공기주입튜브(130)의 전방에 구성된 팽창벌룬(160)이 지지대(150)에 의해 후방의 전체부분이 안정적으로 지지된 상태로 구성되어 있어 팽윤된 양막을 밀어 넣는 과정에서 상기 팽창벌룬(160)이 팽창된 상태에서 형태변형되거나 후방으로 밀리지 않아 자궁경부봉합술의 시술이 용이해지고, 아울러 외부관(140)과 공기주입튜브(130)가 일체형으로 구성되어 시술자는 한손으로 양막삽입기구(100)를 전체적으로 부여잡은 상태에서 개별적으로 조작을 할 수 있고 다른 한손으로는 자궁경부봉합수술이 가능하여 자궁경부봉합술의 효율이 극대화되는 장점이 있다.
아울러, 본 발명은 상기 팽창벌룬(160)이 두껍게 구성되면서 그 재질이 신축적인 재질로 구성되고 전방은 오목부(166)를 이루고 후방은 지지대(150)에 의해 안정적으로 지지대는 형태로 구성되어 있어 양막이 많이 돌출되어진 환자를 시술하는 경우에도 양막내의 양수를 일부 뽑아내는 양수천자(羊水穿刺)를 시행하지 않고서도 양막의 돌출 정도에 따라 상기 팽창벌룬(160)의 팽창 정도를 적당하게 조절하면서 사용할 수 있어 자궁경부봉합술의 시술시 양막의 크기를 조절하는 별도의 시술이 필요 없게 되는 특징이 있다.

Claims (6)
- 일측 끝단부에 구성되는 공기주입수단(120)의 작용에 의해 공기가 주입되는 공기주입튜브(130)와; 상기 공기주입튜브(130)의 타측 끝단에 형성되어 상기 공기주입튜브(130)를 통해 주입된 공기에 의해 팽창되며 직접적으로 돌출된 양막을 자궁 내강으로 밀어 넣는 팽창벌룬(160)과, 상기 공기주입튜브(130)가 일체형으로 삽입되는 외부관(140)과, 상기 외부관(140)과 팽창벌룬(160) 사이에 결합되는 지지대(150)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 양막삽입기구에 있어서, 상기 팽창벌룬(160)은 상기 공기주입튜브(130)의 선단(134)내측에 오목부(166)의 일부가 끼워진 상태에서 그 밀착부분인 제1접합부분(168)이 접합되고 후방경사부(164)의 단부는 그 일부가 라텍스, PVC, 실리콘, 폴리우레탄 중 어느 하나로 선택된 소재로 구성되는 지지대(150)의 선단(154) 내부에 끼워져 그 밀착부분인 제2접합부분(152)이 접합되는 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 양막삽입기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부관(140)은 표면에 삽입깊이를 측정할 수 있는 눈금이 표시되고 그 선단이 외측으로 절곡되어 경사부(142)를 이루고 이 경사부(142)의 외주면은 상기 팽창벌룬(160)과 연결된 지지대(150)의 후방과 결합되는 한편, 그 내부에는 상기 공기주입튜브(130)가 삽입되어 유동될 수 없는 직경으로 형성되며, 재질은 FRP, PVC, 금속재질, 목재, 플라스틱 중 어느 선택된 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양막삽입기구.
