Claims (11)
- 스테인리스 강판 모재를 마련하는 단계;상기 스테인리스 강판 모재의 표면에 금(Au), 백금(Pt), 루테늄(Ru), 이리듐(Ir), 산화루테늄(RuO2) 및 산화이리듐(IrO2) 중 하나 이상의 나노파티클(nanoparticle)로 이루어지며, 5 ~ 500㎍/㎠의 코팅밀도를 갖는 불연속적인 코팅막을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 불연속적인 코팅막이 형성된 스테인리스 강판을 열처리하여, 상기 코팅막이 형성되지 않은 부분에 열처리 산화막을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 열처리는 80 ~ 300℃의 온도 범위에서 10분 내지 3시간동안 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 금속 분리판의 제조 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스테인리스 강판 모재는 탄소(C) 0.08 wt%이하, 크롬(Cr) 16~28 wt%, 니켈(Ni) 0.1~20 wt%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 0.1~6 wt%, 텅스텐(W) 0.1~5 wt%, 주석(Sn) 0.1~2 wt%, 구리(Cu) 0.1 ~ 2wt% 및 기타 잔량으로 철(Fe)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 금속 분리판 제조 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 진공상태, 대기중 및 산소분위기 중 어느 하나의 조건에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 금속 분리판의 제조 방법.
- 스테인리스 강판 모재;상기 스테인리스 강판 모재의 표면에 금(Au), 백금(Pt), 루테늄(Ru), 이리듐(Ir), 산화루테늄(RuO2) 및 산화이리듐(IrO2) 중 하나 이상의 나노파티클로 이루어지며, 5 ~ 500㎍/㎠의 코팅밀도를 갖는 불연속적인 코팅막; 및80 ~ 300℃의 온도 범위에서 10분 내지 3시간동안의 열처리를 통하여 상기 코팅막이 형성되지 않는 부분에 형성되는 열처리 산화막;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 금속 분리판.
