Claims (7)
- 비스포스포네이트계 약물이 수산화아파타이트 내부 및 표면에 봉입되어 있는 인산칼슘 마이크로스피어 약물전달체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 비스포스포네이트계 약물은 에티드로네이트 (etidronate), 클로드로네이트(clodronate), 팔미드로네이트(palmidronate), 알렌드로네이트(alendronate), 이반드로네이트(ibandronate), 리세드로네이트 (risedronate), 졸레드로네이트(zoledronate), 틸루드로네이트(tiludronate), YH529, 이카드로네이트(icadronate), 올파드로네이트(olpadronate), 네리드로네이트(neridronate) 및 EB-1053으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 인산칼슘 마이크로스피어 약물전달체.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 비스포스포네이트계 약물은 알렌드로네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 인산칼슘 마이크로스피어 약물전달체.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수산화아파타이트와 비스포스포네이트계 약물의 중량비(w/w)는 1:0.01 내지 1:0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 인산칼슘 마이크로스피어 약물전달체.
