Description
Claims (5)
- 연화점이 340~560℃인 저온형 유리분말 100 중량부에 대하여, 광학적으로 이방성을 나타내며 평균입도가 1~25㎛인 이방성 세라믹 입자 3~25 중량부와 비히클(vehicle) 10~40 중량부를 포함하는 코팅 페이스트를 제조하는 (A)단계와;
유리 또는 금속기판 위에 상기 코팅 페이스트를 도포하고 건조하여 두께가 10~100㎛인 이방성 코팅층을 형성하는 (B)단계와;
상기 (B)단계의 기판을 620~720℃의 온도에서 열처리하는 (C)단계와;
상기 (C)단계의 기판에서 이방성 코팅층이 도포된 표면을 5~17의 광택도를 갖도록 연마하는 (D)단계; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 및 칠판 겸용 무광택 판재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이방성 세라믹 입자는 운모 분말, 방해석 분말, 산화알미늄 분말, 또는 연화점이 560~780℃이고 고굴절 박막이 코팅된 미세유리구 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 및 칠판 겸용 무광택 판재의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미세 유리구에 코팅된 고굴절 박막은 이산화티타늄(TiO2), 산화네오비움(NbO), 산화주석(SnO2), 질화규소(SiN) 등과 같은 물질을 증착, 도포하여서 형성된 것을 특징을 하는 스크린 및 칠판 겸용 무광택 판재의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 페이스트는 추가적으로 안료 1~15 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 및 칠판 겸용 무광택 판재의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기판으로서 금속기판을 사용할 경우에는 먼저 열팽창계수가 400 x 10-7/℃ 인 저융점 프리트(Frit)를 사용하여 두께가 5~25㎛인 프라이머층을 형성하고, 그 위에 상기 코팅 페이스트를 도포하여 두께가 5~75㎛인 이방성 코팅층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 및 칠판 겸용 무광택 판재의 제조방법.
