Claims (11)
- 회전 드럼(2)이 장착되어 있으며, 상기 드럼의 회전축(XX')은 각 드럼(2)이 대응하는 탱크 내에 함유된 처리액(3) 중에 침지되는 방식으로 회전하도록 수평으로 장착되고, 상기 회전 드럼은 그의 외주에서 상기 회전 동안 처리되어야 하는 부품을 고정하기 위한 고정 수단을 갖는 직렬 배치된 복수의 처리 탱크(4); 및처리되어야 하는 부품을 각 드럼(2)에 공급하고 이미 처리된 부품을 상기 드럼으로부터 제거하고 상기 탱크들 사이에 상기 부품들을 전달하도록 하는 이송 라인(14)을 구비하되,상기 공급 및 상기 전달을 포함하는 상기 이송은 하나의 축(ZZ')을 따라 이루어지고, 상기 드럼의 회전축(XX')들은 서로 평행하며 상기 이송 라인의 하나의 축(ZZ')에 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 표면 처리 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 드럼의 회전축(XX')들은 동일한 수직 평면(P) 내에 배치되어 있고, 상기 이송 라인의 축(ZZ')은 상기 드럼의 회전축들을 포함하는 수직 평면(P) 내에 놓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 표면 처리 장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,드럼(2)의 외주는 처리되어야 하는 다수의 부품을 지지하는 카세트(5)를 수용하도록 한 상기 드럼의 회전축에 평행한 축을 갖는 여러 쌍의 활주로(6) 또는 레일을 구비하되,상기 카세트는 처리액 중에서 카세트가 고정되어 있는 드럼과 함께 하나 이상의 회전을 실행하고, 상기 이송 라인(14)은 처리되어야 하는 부품의 카세트를 드럼에 공급하고 이미 처리된 부품의 카세트를 드럼으로부터 제거하도록 되어 있으며, 상기 이송 라인은 상기 탱크들 위에 놓여 있고 상기 탱크를 포함하는 수직 공간(E) 내에 놓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 표면 처리 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 드럼은 활주로(6) 쌍이 처리액에 잠기는 상부 위치 내로 들어가도록 차례로 정렬되도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 표면 처리 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,연속적인 2개의 탱크 사이에 설치된 전달 활주로를 포함하고 상기 드럼의 활주로와 상부 위치에서 정렬되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 표면 처리 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,부품에 스프레이하기 위한 수단을 하나 이상의 전달 활주로의 영역에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 표면 처리 장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,상기 이송 라인으로부터 부품을 전달하는 작업들이 동기화되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 표면 처리 장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,상기 이송 라인(14)은, 이미 처리된 부품을 포함하고 있는 하나 이상의 카세트를 배출하고 아직 처리되지 않은 부품을 포함하는 하나 이상의 카세트를 드럼의 상부에서 체결되도록, 왕복 운동에 의해 안내 레일(9) 상에서 왕복 운동을 하는 하나 이상의 운동가능한 캐리지(8)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 표면 처리 장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 운동가능한 캐리지(8)는, 상기 안내 레일 상에서 왕복 운동이 이루어지도록 하기 위하여 래크(rack)와 협동하는 피니언(pinion)에 연결된 모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 표면 처리 장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 운동가능한 캐리지(8)의 하부측면은, 작동 부품(12)을 지지하는 하나 이상의 수직 아암(11a, 11b)을 갖는 수평 제어바(10)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 표면 처리 장치.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 제어바(10)는 두 개의 선회 링크(17a, 17b)에 의해 상기 운동가능한 캐리지의 하부측면상에 지지되어 있고, 상기 링크의 선회는 제어바의 수직 운동이 이루어지게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 표면 처리 장치.
