- 유전자 증폭반응 완충액 15 내지 25 부피%;8 내지 12mM의 dNTP 15 내지 25 부피%;80 내지 120mM의 염화마그네슘 3 내지 5 부피%;중합효소 2 내지 4 부피%; 및증류수 41 내지 65 부피%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 증폭용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유전자 증폭반응 완충액은600 내지 650mM의 Tris-HCl 및 150 내지 200mM의 황산암모늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 증폭용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유전자 증폭반응 완충액은80 내지 120mM의 Tris-HCl 및 350 내지 450mM의 염화칼륨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 증폭용 조성물.
