Claims (4)
- 삭제
- 승, 하강 진동하며 연료를 분사하는 GDI 엔진에 적용되는 인젝터와, 실린더 헤드의 인젝터용 홀 사이에 개재되어서, 이들 사이의 조립공차를 상쇄하는 것으로서,
금속 재질의 와셔 기재(20); 및
상기 인젝터가 하강함에 따라서 상기 인젝터와 간섭되도록 상기 와셔 기재(20)에 접착된 것으로, 연료압이 150Bar에서의 변형량이 0.05mm 내지 0.1mm인 고무 재질의 댐핑부재(30);를 포함하고,
상기 인젝터용 홀(230)은, 상대적으로 단면적이 큰 제1 홀부(231) 및 상대적으로 단면적이 작은 제2 홀부(232)를 포함하고,
상기 와셔 기재(20)는, 상기 제1 홀부 및 제2 홀부 사이의 단차면에 안착된 안착부(21)와, 상기 안착부로부터 절곡되어 상기 제1홀부의 내측면을 따라서 형성된 연장부(26)를 포함하고,
상기 댐핑부재(30)는 상기 와셔 기재(20)의 적어도 내측면 및 상기 연장부(26)의 상면을 덮도록 형성된 것으로, 상기 연장부의 상면을 덮는 상측부는 상기 인젝터가 하강시에 상기 인젝터와 간섭을 일으켜서 탄성변형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 GDI 엔진용 와셔. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 댐핑부재(30)는 최대 충진율이 106% 내지 114%인 것을 특징으로 하는 GDI 엔진용 와셔. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 댐핑부재(30)는, -32℃까지 유리전이되지 않은 FKM 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 GDI 엔진용 와셔.
