Claims (22)
- 암모늄 나이트레이트 성분 및 유기 탄소질 연료 성분을 포함하는 발파제로서, 상기 암모늄 나이트레이트 성분은 결정 크기가 1 내지 500 ㎛인 비다공성(non-porous) 암모늄 나이트레이트 결정을 포함하고, 하나 이상의 결정 습성 조절제(crystal habit modifier)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발파제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 결정 습성 조절제가 아민류인 것을 특징으로 하는 발파제.
- 75 내지 98 중량%의 암모늄 나이트레이트 성분 및 2 내지 8 중량%의 유기 탄소질 연료 성분을 포함하는 발파제로서, 상기 암모늄 나이트레이트 성분은 결정 크기가 1 내지 500 ㎛인 비다공성 암모늄 나이트레이트 결정을 포함하고, 또한 상기 발파제의 0.001 내지 2 중량% 농도로 하나 이상의 결정 습성 조절제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발파제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발파제의 1 중량% 이하 내지 15 중량%의 농도로 물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발파제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 결정 습성 조절제가 아민류인 것을 특징 으로 하는 발파제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 결정 습성 조절제가 도데실아민 또는 옥타데실아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 발파제.
- 암모늄 나이트레이트 발파제의 제조 방법으로서,(i) 암모늄 나이트레이트 수용액을 상기 발파제의 0.001 내지 2.0 중량%의 농도를 갖는 하나 이상의 결정 습성 조절제와 함께 혼합하는 단계;(ii) 압축 공기의 기류를 이용하여 (i) 단계에서 얻은 혼합물을 난류 혼합함으로써 1 내지 500 ㎛의 입자 크기를 갖는 암모늄 나이트레이트 결정을 형성하는 단계; 및(iii) 상기 발파제의 2 내지 8 중량%의 농도를 갖는 유기 탄소질 연료 성분을 상기 암모늄 나이트레이트 결정과 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 암모늄 나이트레이트 결정을 형성하는 단계가 2차 공기 흐름(secondary air flow)의 존재하에서 노즐을 통하여 상기 (i) 단계에서 얻은 혼합물을 주입하여 상기 암모늄 나이트레이트 결정을 형성하는 것에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 2차 공기 흐름의 온도가 20℃ 내지 50℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 단계 동안에 하나 이상의 첨가제를 상기 암모늄 나이트레이트 결정 및 상기 유기 탄소질 연료에 혼합하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 암모늄 나이트레이트 수용액을 상기 하나 이상의 결정 습성 조절제와 혼합하기 전에 상기 암모늄 나이트레이트 수용액을 85 내지 100℃의 온도로 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 발파제의 1 중량% 이하 내지 15 중량% 농도로 물이 더 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유기 탄소질 연료 성분을 상기 암모늄 나이트레이트 결정과 혼합하는 단계가 상기 유기 탄소질 연료를 상기 (i) 단계에서 얻은 혼합물과 함께 상기 노즐을 통해서 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (i) 하나 이상의 결정 습성 조절제를 암모늄 나이트레이트 수용액과 함께 혼합하는 단계;(ii) 상기 (i) 단계에서 얻은 혼합물을 2차 공기 흐름의 존재 하에서 미립자화 노즐(atomization nozzle)을 통하여 주입함으로써 입자 크기가 1 내지 500 ㎛인 암모늄 나이트레이트 결정을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 암모늄 나이트레이트 결정의 제조 방법.

- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 2차 공기 흐름의 온도가 20℃ 내지 50℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 암모늄 나이트레이트 결정은 하나 이상의 결정 습성 조절제 및 암모늄 나이트레이트 용액의 상기 혼합물을 2차 공기 흐름의 존재하에서 고속 수렴-발산 노즐을 통하여 주입하는 것에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 2차 공기 흐름의 온도가 20℃ 내지 50℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 암모늄 나이트레이트 용액이 70 내지 90 중량%의 암모늄 나이트레이트를 포함하고, 상기 하나 이상의 결정 습성 조절제를 첨가하기 전에 85 내지 100℃의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 결정 습성 조절제가 아민류인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
