Description

휴대 전화 멀티미디어 제어기{CELL PHONE MULTIMEDIA CONTROLLER}
본 발명은 멀티미디어 장치들과 원격적으로 상호작용을 하거나 또는 제어하기 위한 새로운 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 또한 테마 파크 탑승 대기열(theme-park ride queues)에서 저렴하게 상호작용성을 증가시키기 위하여 사용될 수 있다. 대기열 엔터테인먼트는 컨트롤러의 비용 및 내구성에 대해 걱정을 하지 않고 발전될 수 있다. 게임은 탑승 대기열에 위치한 모니터에 표시되고 고객들은 대기열에서 그들의 휴대 전화를 사용하여 모니터에 표시되는 게임과 상호작용을 할 수 있다.

    이동 장치(mobile device)를 통해 상기 이동 장치와 상기 중앙 서버 사이에 접속을 구축하고;
    상기 원격 장치의 원격 제어의 사용을 시뮬레이트(simulate)하고, 기준(standard) 이동 장치 명령(command)을 원격 장치 명령 - 상기 원격 장치 명령은 상기 원격 장치를 조종할 수 있는 것임 - 으로 맵핑(mapping)하는 소프트웨어를 상기 이동 장치에 제공하고;
    상기 이동 장치로부터 상기 중앙 서버에서 상기 원격 장치 명령을 수신하며;
    상기 원격 장치를 조종하기 위하여 상기 중앙 서버로부터 상기 원격 장치에 상기 원격 장치 명령을 송신하는 것을 포함하고,
    상기 원격 장치를 조종하는 것은 상기 청중 디스플레이 상에 시각화된 멀티플레이어 게임과 상호작용하는 것을 포함하는 것인, 게임 조종 방법.

    상기 멀티플레이어 게임의 대상을 조종하기 위한 상기 원격 장치 명령을 상기 이동 장치로부터 상기 중앙 서버로 송신하는 프로세서로서, 상기 원격 장치 명령은 상기 멀티플레이어 게임을 조종하기 위하여 상기 소프트웨어를 통해 상기 원격 장치에 의해 인식될 수 있는 포맷으로 번역(translate)되는 것인, 상기 프로세서를 포함하고,
    상기 멀티플레이어 게임을 조종하는 것은 상기 청중 디스플레이 상에 시각화된 상기 멀티플레이어 게임과 상호작용하는 것을 포함하는 것인, 이동 장치.
  31. 중앙 서버에 있어서,
    이동 장치(mobile device)와의 네트워크 접속 및 상기 이동 장치와 분리되어 있는 원격 장치와의 또 다른 네트워크 접속을 구축하는 모뎀으로서, 상기 원격 장치는 청중 디스플레이(audience display)에 조종가능하게(operatively) 연결된 멀티플레이어 게임 장치를 포함하고, 상기 모뎀은 상기 이동 장치로부터 원격 장치 명령을 수신하도록 구성된 것이고, 상기 원격 장치 명령은 상기 원격 장치의 원격 제어의 사용을 시뮬레이트(simulate)하고 기준(standard) 이동 장치 명령을 원격 장치 명령으로 맵핑하는 상기 이동 장치 상의 소프트웨어에 의해 상기 원격 장치 상의 멀티플레이어 게임 내의 대상들을 조종하도록 구성된 것인, 상기 모뎀; 및
    상기 원격 장치 상의 상기 멀티플레이어 게임을 조종하기 위하여 상기 원격 장치 명령을 송신하는 프로세서로서, 상기 멀티플레이어 게임을 조종하기 위하여 상기 이동 장치로부터 수신된 상기 원격 장치 명령을 상기 원격 장치에 의해 인식될 수 있는 포맷으로 상기 원격 장치에 전달하도록 구성된 것인, 상기 프로세서를 포함하고,
    상기 멀티플레이어 게임을 조종하는 것은 상기 청중 디스플레이 상에 시각화된 상기 멀티플레이어 게임과 상호작용하는 것을 포함하는 것인, 중앙 서버.
