Claims (20)
- 부피가 일정하게 유지되는 유연한 튜브인 시료 순환 용기;상기 용기에 연결된 펌프; 및상기 용기에 위치하며, 유전 영동력, 자기력 또는 광학적 힘에 의하여 시료 중의 세포 또는 바이러스를 포획하는 트랩부를 포함하되,상기 펌프는 상기 시료가 상기 트랩부를 복수 회 통과하도록 상기 시료를 상기 용기 내에서 순환시키며,상기 시료가 상기 트랩부를 통과할 때마다 포획된 세포 또는 바이러스의 양이 증가하는 세포 또는 바이러스의 농축 또는 정제용 미세유동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트랩부는 전기장을 발생할 수 있는 유전적으로 분리된 교차 전극부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 트랩부는 상부 기판 및 하부 기판을 포함하고 있고, 상기 교차 전극부는 하부 기판에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 교차 전극부는 유체 흐름 방향에 대하여 수직 방향으로 2줄 이상의 금속 판으로 이루어진 금속 판의 열로 이루어지고, 상기 열은 2 이상의 금속 판으로 이루어진 금속 판의 배열의 형태로 배열되어 있고, 상기 금속 판의 홀수 열은 하나의 금속 패드에 금속 선을 통하여 연결되어 있고, 상기 금속 판의 짝수 열은 다른 금속 패드에 금속 선을 통하여 연결되어 있어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 홀수 열의 금속 판은 이웃하는 상기 짝수 열의 금속 판과 서로 어긋나게 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유동장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 홀수 열의 금속 판과 상기 짝수 열의 금속 판 사이의 간격은 10 내지 100 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트랩부는 자석을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트랩부는 광학 집게를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유동장치.

- a) 세포 또는 바이러스를 포함하는 시료를 유연한 튜브인 시료 순환 용기에 주입하는 단계;b) 상기 용기에 연결된 펌프를 가동시켜 상기 시료가 상기 용기 내 특정 위치를 복수 회 통과하도록 상기 시료를 상기 용기내에서 순환시키는 단계;c) 상기 용기 내 특정 위치에서 유전 영동력, 자기력 또는 광학적 힘을 사용하여 시료중의 세포 또는 바이러스를 포획함으로써 시료를 농축 또는 정제하는 단계; 및d) 상기 용기로부터 농축 또는 정제된 시료를 회수하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 시료가 상기 특정 위치를 통과할 때마다 포획된 세포 또는 바이러스의 양이 증가하는 세포 또는 바이러스를 농축 또는 정제하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 단계 c)는 상기 용기 내 특정 위치에 존재하는 교차 전극부에 전압을 인가하여 상기 용기 내에 공간적으로 불균질한 전기장을 발생하여 시료중의 세포 또는 바이러스를 포획하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 단계 c)는 상기 시료 순환 용기 내 특정 위치에 존재하는 자석에 의해 시료중의 세포 또는 바이러스를 포획하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 단계 c)는 상기 시료 순환 용기 내 특정 위치에 존재 하는 광학 집게 장치로부터 조사되는 레이저 빔에 의해 시료중의 세포 또는 바이러스를 포획하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
