Description
Claims (11)
- 내부공간을 구획하는 케이스;상기 케이스의 하부에 배치되며, 원통형 코일이 설치되는 브라켓;상면에 마그넷이 부착되고, 하부가 개방된 요크와 상기 요크의 외측에 결합되는 중량체를 포함하는 진동자; 및상기 케이스 또는 상기 브라켓의 측면에 결합되어 상기 진동자가 수평 운동하도록 탄성지지하는 스프링 부재를 포함하고,상기 요크는 하부면에 상기 마그넷이 부착되는 요크 상판과, 상기 요크 상판으로부터 하부로 수직하게 절곡 형성된 요크 측면부 및 상기 요크 측면부로부터 상기 요크 상판과 평행하도록 내부로 절곡되되 일부가 개방된 개방부를 갖도록 형성된 요크 하판을 포함하고,상기 브라켓의 상면에는 회로기판이 부착되며 상기 회로기판의 상면에는 상기 원통형 코일을 삽입지지하도록 수직하게 돌출된 코일 가이드부가 구비되고,상기 코일 가이드부는 상기 요크 하판의 개방부를 통과하여 상기 원통형 코일이 상기 요크의 내부에 수용되도록 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평 리니어 진동자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 케이스 또는 상기 브라켓의 측면에는 상기 진동자와 상기 케이스의 직접적인 접촉을 방지하기 위한 댐퍼부재가 형성되어 있는 특징으로 하는 수평 리니어 진동자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 브라켓의 상면에는 회로기판이 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평 리니어 진동자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 브라켓의 상면에는 회로기판이 부착되고, 상기 회로기판의 상면에는 상기 원통형 코일을 삽입 지지하도록 수직하게 돌출된 코일 가이드부가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평 리니어 진동자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 원통형 코일은 상기 마그넷과 수평하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평 리니어 진동자.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 마그넷은 동일 평면상에 서로 다른 극성을 갖도록 다수개 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평 리니어 진동자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 중량체의 양측면에는 상기 스프링 부재의 일측을 상기 중량체에 고정지지하는 플레이트가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 수평 리니어 진동자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 스프링 부재는 코일 스프링 또는 판 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 수평 리니어 진동자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 마그넷 또는 상기 스프링 부재의 주변에는 자성유체가 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평 리니어 진동자.
