Description

기능성 수해리성 필름을 이용한 석재, 목재, 유리재 또는 타일재의 기판 조각방법{Process for sculpturing of stone, wood, glass or tile plate article with functional water soluble film} Process for sculpturing of stone, wood, glass or tile plate article with functional water soluble film}

The present invention relates to a method for engraving images or images of various patterns or characters on a substrate such as stone, wood, glass, and tile using a functional water dissociable film, and more specifically, high functional water dissociation property on the substrate. A method of sculpting an image or an image on a substrate such as stone, wood, glass or tile material by sticking the film to display an image by photosensitization or printing using the film thereon, washing and removing the remainder with water, and then performing sandblasting. It is about.

Conventionally, in addition to the method of carving on wood by hand, etching or etching only on metal or glass surface was not possible at all. Using iron, etc., it is applied to the area to be embossed or engraved to be etched and sculpted, or in the case of glass, the metal was sculpted by the so-called chemical etching method, which is to corrode and fluorine hydrofluoric acid at the site to be carved. Another example of the method is generally shot blasting or shot piercing, which is a method of compressing a small particle (short) with high hardness on the surface to be processed or placing the small particle on a rotating vane and projecting the surface by centrifugal force. It carved and processed by the method called inning.

Therefore, according to the conventional methods, it is possible to sculpt only limited to extremely limited materials such as metal or glass, and it is not possible to use wood, stone, and tiles at all. There was a flaw that was difficult to mass production was also slow.

In addition, since only the image forming film, that is, the photoresist film is coated on the metal surface, the photosensitive film is subjected to photoresist and then etched by blow, or the masking tape is cut into a predetermined image shape and attached to the metal surface and then etched, thereby completely protecting the non-etched metal surface. There was a defect that the precision was weak and the etching speed was slow.

In the above composition ratio, when the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is 35% by weight or less, there is a problem of poor adhesiveness, and when it exceeds 40% by weight, there is a problem of poor water dissociation. In addition, when the content of the additives of the binder and the curing agent is 10% by weight or less, there is a problem that the interlayer bonding force of the film is not sufficient, and when the additive is more than 20% by weight, there is a problem that the cohesion of the film is lowered. In addition, if the content of the organic solvent is less than 30% by weight, the viscosity is insufficient, and if the content exceeds 50% by weight, there is a problem in wettability, the content ratio may be in the range presented in the present invention.

Example 2: Image engraving

After removing the release paper from the film coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive on the vinyl acetate synthetic resin prepared in Example 1, adhered to the surface of the substrate to be carved, and the film was in close contact with the substrate by ultraviolet irradiation such as arc by a conventional method, etc. The image was developed by irradiating with light, and the image was developed. Then, the film was removed and washed with water.

After washing with water as above, the image is developed and then 20 ~ 30kg / is used using a direct steel 2-7mm nozzle made of Tungsten material with high strength and good abrasion resistance. By jetting blow at a pressure of cm 2 it was possible to produce a fine sculpture with a precise blow and a quick blow.
