Claims (3)
- 물체의 열유속을 측정하기 위한 층상형 마이크로 열유속 센서에 있어서,열유속을 측정하고자 하는 물체의 대상표면에 접촉되는 실리콘 기판; 상기 실리콘 기판의 상단면에 구비되는 절연층; 상기 절연층 상단면에 구비되는 열저항층; 상기 절연층 및 상기 열저항층 사이에 구비되는 내부히터; 상기 열저항층의 상단면, 측면 및 상기 측면에 따라 연장되어 열저항층과 맞닿지 않는 절연층 상으로 연결설치되는 열전대쌍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상형 마이크로 열유속 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내부히터가 일측에 하나 이상의 가열 수단이 연결설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 층상형 마이크로 열유속 센서.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 내부히터가 크롬으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 층상형 마이크로 열유속 센서.
